Issue
When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading.

Ideas
I did the test run without any mods, everything looked fine then I exited the game without saving. I add back my mods in the game when I want to move my sims to a new house. I get a warning that says " can't load needed to relaunch the game".
This sounds to me as though one of your mods is still in need of an update, If your game loaded up fine when you did the test without the mods and then started to have issues once you placed your mods back in then a mod is 95% likely to be the cause of your issue.
CrispySims619 When did this add my mod and even updated them it when I go back in the game and it had a warning to relaunch the game there, so I removed them again with out the mod it was still the same warning. I can't moved them to new house with and without the mods. I don't have any mods in the since this problem I been having. 🙁
