Load Error Code 800/801

Issue When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading. Similar issues Please check out this thread for similar issue...

I am not able to play my favorite game. Every time I upload the game I get the error 801 and it just sits and loads forever. I gave it a hour. I have NO mods. I have tried:

  1. Restart everything the app and the game
  2. Uninstall and re-install the app and the game

HELP!!!!!
