Issue
When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading.

I am getting this code every time I start the sims 4 for the past week. For some reason at first I was able to bypass the message. But can't any longer. I tried "x" ing it out then went to the house I wanted to play in and I was waiting a half hour watching it try to load and I gave up.
How can I fix this? I appreciate any and all suggestions and remedies to fix this.

I could be wrong but I believe this is a corrupt save file. I had this before and when I entered a lot, the build would vanish… 14 generation save… had to rebuild in a new save
How does one find the corrupt save file. And how do I rebuild in a new save?
It’s whatever save you’re in that you’re getting the error. And you have to save all of your active families and re-add them all in cas to create the family links. It’s fiddly and very stressful. There are mods too but that didn’t work for me personally
How do I save all of the families?
