Load Error Code 800/801

I am experiencing a recurring bug where pre-built lots (e.g., the gym in Oasis Springs, and other default EA lots) load as empty/vacant when traveled to, and attempting to travel triggers Error 801 ("failed to load lot"). This has now occurred across multiple separate saves, including a brand-new save created specifically to rule out save-specific corruption. I previously lost approximately 6 months of progress to this same issue on an older save and had to revert to an even older backup.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted (issue persists through all of the following):

• Cleared all cache files (cache, cachestr, onlinethumbnailcache, localthumbcache)
• Disabled all Mods and Script Mods entirely
• Ran a full game repair via the EA App
• Renamed/reset the Tray folder to force generation of a fresh, empty Tray
• Disabled iCloud Drive sync for the Documents folder (which contains the game's save data) to rule out cloud sync interference
• - Tested on a completely new save file, separate from the one that originally lost 6 months of progress

The issue persisted through every one of the above steps, including on a brand-new save with a fresh Tray and no cloud sync active. This suggests the problem is not related to mods, cache, Tray corruption, or cloud sync, but may point to a deeper issue with lot-loading or save-data integrity, possibly specific to Apple Silicon Macs.

Given that this has now affected multiple saves over several months and caused significant progress loss, I'd appreciate this being supported and escalated for investigation.
