Issue
When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading.

I agree and EA Games should fix this problem forever. I've seen so many solutions here and at The Sims Resource. I don't know where to start. They have an update coming and this should be fixed by them.
Hello Ruffian1950, please take note that this reported issue is in the "Under Investigation" stage, this means that the QA team are currently working on investigating this issue.
It will not be included in the upcoming patch next week. Bugs that are included in an upcoming patch are bugs that have the "Upcoming Fix" status.
