When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading.

Make sure to click on upvote and send your save game to EA.
I am trying to remove all residential rental lots from my save. However, when I try to load into one of these lots, even with no families in it, I either get an error code 800/801 or the forever loading screen. I tried build mode too. It does the same thing. I’ve tried replacing the lot, but I can’t replace the lot without changing it, and I can’t change it without loading into it.
I’ve tried repairing my game. Several times. I’ve removed mods and cc. I’ve emptied cache. I’ve started a new save, and the issue still persists.
I have error code 800 on my moves and shakers lot in willow creek, I can not enter it to delete the build that is there which has been there for years and never had an issue with it before. I been deleting all new builds on other lots that I downloaded from gallery as I read something could be effect it from mods altho I am on console so I cant get mods unless its the unknown objects that you sometimes get on builds from gallery which I have deleted all. I am wondering if this why my dining out is not working at all no NPC staff and even if I buy a restaurant and hire staff I can not open it the button just will not work. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and still nothing maybe they are not connected but if anyone has any ideas I would be really great full.

fanolsie did you work out what do about this issue as I have the same issue with a lot on willow creek its not rental just a night club I have had for ages its never had a issue before but just started to not work and get error code 800 and crashing.
This is an update from my initial issue. I was able to remove the rental lots by disabling the for rent DLC to remove those lots, but now I'm having the issue of disappearing lots; it's happening in both Willow Creek & Oasis Springs. Those two worlds are somewhat unlivable because of the lots disappearing. There's also a 50 x 40 in Oasis Springs, giving me the "800" code error.
Oh, and I have tried no cc & mods, and I'm still having that issue

Error code 801
After the adventure update every time I would click on a household to play, it would either give me an error code and tell me to restart or the game or the house/lot was completely gone. Nothing was in the household inventory either. A lot of lots are now orange too or have the llama above them so I can't even click on them. It's all very weird. I have never used mods or anything like that. I don't even use motherlode (I know I'm crazy) but I just used it to help my sims rebuild their houses since they literally just disappeared. Reach out to me for more info if you want but also at this point I've been playing so much that I don't want to go back to old saves so if i need to rebuild all my lots again I will but wanted to let you know about this crazy glitch.
