Firstly I do play with mods and Cc. I have removed them during updates etc and ensure that the mods themselves are updated/compatible. The issues mentioned below are after mods and cc have been removed and I start a new game.
Build mode is okay, barely. Except I can't download anything from the gallery as it all crashes my game. There is a huge delay in placing objects so I end up cheating and double placing them. I can't delete more than one object without coming out of build mode.
However game play is impossible. I can only play on smaller lots as larger lots (50x50 & 64x64) cause the most horrendous lag. My sims literally get stuck and I have to reset them. Particularly fairies, I don't have too much clutter on my lots and I have removed the cc to see if it works but still lag. Time will jump from 2am to 5am for example and my sims are still stuck trying to go to the toilet or socialise. Doesn't matter what the action is, it's all the same.
Speaking of going to the toilet, they literally need to pee every hour or so and their needs are depleting exceptionally fast. I have to cheat just to stop them from dying. The colours are green even when really low. Moodlets are stuck on 0mins unless I travel.
Fairy wings are frozen and sometimes don't appear at all.
It's still raining or snowing in my house and causing puddles. I have leaf piles in my house despite no trees. Also my sims are burning even when not sunbathing. They all look like lobsters.
Labour takes about five days and they keep having sad emotions around specific areas in the house as they remember something that didn't happen. My sims have the cheating moodlet when they woohoo with their only partner and having the eternally faithful trait. They also perform random mean interactions despite having all the positives in their relationship with SO or family members. I never make my sims mean.
My sims randomly teleport into a rock at the far end of the map and I can't bring them back.
Getaways are impossible as they won't do the planned activities and when they do, they won't come out of it. My child was stuck sleeping for 24 hours even when her needs were full and she wasn't even in the bed she was stood up stuck in the bed, awake. With zzzzz showing.
Please fix the stretched out toddlers and infants, and the dog monster after a bath is something Stephen King has probably wrote about.
I can't use diving boards no matter where they are placed and I've completely given up trying to play. I've been an avid simmer for years, from the very first sims. My game is now impossible to play and I've given up playing. Even without mods or cc. Completely destroys the fun as I literally can't do anything in the game without having to cheat all the time.
