Lot information icon shining all the time (Patch 1.113/2.08)

I have that too. Always this flashing. That doesn‘t have to be the case. 
Please fix this.
I play on the PS5.

Ever since the burglar update, this button in Build Mode keeps flashing. I have looked at the new lot challenge. 

Just like the occult picker, I understand it is new but neither need to flash every time once the player has already clicked on it to see that it is new. 

This is what had helped before -- not helping me this time, but maybe others can apply and report here? Thanks.

Apparently this is not a new problem, but I see NO SPOT to post about it that aren't archived or locked, including 3 years ago, four years ago, and one from 7 hours ago. So... where IS the correct spot to bring this up?

This no longer works sadly :'(

PC user here. I am going batty with this thing! I, too, have to get off the game to get some relief.

I'm having this, too.  As far as bugs go it's not too bad, I've just accepted that the icon is now sparkly instead of static, but it would be nice if it could stop.

Yeah the shining is bad. I wish it wouldn't do that.
