Many problems for Xbox One after the revamp

So, as I am an xbox one player, I often experience a lot of bugs and problems with the game. I have a lot to report but until now I didn't know how. First of all, the game never starts correctly the first time. Every time I start the game I get an ad that says "the game took too long to start" and the game closes by itself. This has happened to me 10 times in a single hour trying to enter the game. Also, after the revamp of the main menu, I started to experience a problem where when I finally start the game, (after experiencing the aforementioned problem over and over again), the terms and conditions ad appears, and when I go to the main menu none of my saved games appear, so I have to close the game again and open it once again, going through all that waiting time again. Then, when I can finally enter the game correctly after a lot of waiting and many tries, I get each of the introductions for each DLC that I have purchased, as if I had just bought them all, so I spend more time removing each one of them. When I finally get into a game, all Build Mode and CAS items are marked as new. I play almost every day, so as you can imagine, almost every day I definitely have to go through all those processes over and over again. I waste hours and hours trying to get the game to work.
