My Sims Can't Take Pregnancy Tests

I know my sim is pregnant because I use MCCC and I can see that she's pregnant, but there is no option to take a pregnancy test. I also have removed all mods from my game to see if it was a mod that was breaking it and the issue still was there when I took my mods folder out. No matter what I do, I can't get her to take a pregnancy test and it's not only in that save, it's every save, with and without mods.
