Nature Event Rewards Not Showing Up

In the Nature Event, I received the Fronds bathing suit for feminine Sims only, not the masculine version. I've repaired my game, removed mods, cleared cache, etc. I don't know what else to try. Any suggestions would be helpful, as I am using a male Sim to play the event. Thank you.
