Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

Hey, so I've bought three expansion packs yesterday via InstantGaming and entered the code into the EA-App, they install just fine and I think I'm able to play with those but nooo.. in the building menu some categories get displayed as yellow, thinking there is something new but there isn't. And in the menu where u could change the worlds, I can' click on them. The game says, I purchased them but they needed to be installed but they are. The EA App tells me they are installed. I really wanted these packs and now this? I really need help here

Same case here :((( All the updates are done, within the EA app all the packs are installed and I have no idea what's wrong and how to fix it, please help 🙏 btw I use Macbook Air

I have the same exakt issue. I hope the team helps ASAP. A  better tech support would be great.

I bought & dwn loaded home chef hustle,sims 4,the pack is in my library but the content did not download. Can I Uninstall home ch.hustle and the start over,reinstall it & make sure the content is done loaded?? I appreciate any help!! Sucks there's not better tech support chats...ugh lol Thank you!!!

I recently bought strangerville, but every time I load the sims, it does not show any of that content. I've tried reloading multiple times, ensuring that the content is installed on steam, ensuring that EA is updated (also cleared my cache), and I made sure that no mods were enabled at all. I've even uninstalled the sims entirely and reinstalled it with all expansion packs. Everything shows that it's installed on steam and EA, but it does not show in the game. I'm not sure what else to try.

omg just found the solution from another thread! 

Start the game, Go to Marketplace > My collection >P ack Selection and check the purchased packs that aren't showing in your game.

Purchased it, downloaded and removed it, downloaded it again, repaired the game, I tried everything, Royalty & Adventure Awaits are NOT showing up. 

Hi, I ordered a game recently, I've left it a few days before playing.

Sat down to play after submitting it to download and it's not showing up in the maps. I've looked about, it's downloaded, but now it's showing as deactivated.
