Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

Same case here :((( All the updates are done, within the EA app all the packs are installed and I have no idea what's wrong and how to fix it, please help 🙏 btw I use Macbook Air

I recently bought strangerville, but every time I load the sims, it does not show any of that content. I've tried reloading multiple times, ensuring that the content is installed on steam, ensuring that EA is updated (also cleared my cache), and I made sure that no mods were enabled at all. I've even uninstalled the sims entirely and reinstalled it with all expansion packs. Everything shows that it's installed on steam and EA, but it does not show in the game. I'm not sure what else to try.

omg just found the solution from another thread! 

Start the game, Go to Marketplace > My collection >P ack Selection and check the purchased packs that aren't showing in your game.

Purchased it, downloaded and removed it, downloaded it again, repaired the game, I tried everything, Royalty & Adventure Awaits are NOT showing up. 

Hi, I ordered a game recently, I've left it a few days before playing.

Sat down to play after submitting it to download and it's not showing up in the maps. I've looked about, it's downloaded, but now it's showing as deactivated.

I purchased the Royalty & Legacy Bundle from EA online, and then went ahead and downloaded everything via the EA app. While the expansion and extra R&L content works in my game, the packs to not appear. I have downloaded, uninstalled, and re-installed them multiple times, to no avail. 

When I go to the marketplace, I see the two kits show as "owned" but there is no option to download in marketplace either. When I am in CAS or BB Mode, the kits are greyed out and it says I do not own this content. 

Considering I paid for these packs I would think at the absolute least they would show up in my game... it's very frustrating to have no other action than to come report a bug in a forum, when I purchased something that simply isn't showing up. 

Could you please advise on what I need to do? I do not want to have to uninstall and reinstall literally everything I own, as I am a loyal player and literally own all the packs. I think this may have something to do with me buying the bundle the day before it left the store / the day before marketplace launched.

The expansion packs has been installed properly, several times repair but in the game there is no access to the new world's. Application was uninstall and instal once again still no progres. Not working. Could you help me please with this matter.

I’m having the same problem since Monday only lading my base worlds I’m stressed I had just got my game to work after not paying for a whole ans some mass update they did and now boom stuck with trying to get all my content ugh 

I am also having the same issue for the error that I am receiving is as follows: world not installed when this pack has finished downloading restart the Sims 4 to install it.

I have cleared the cache I have uninstalled the base game and all packs and reinstalled them I have also repaired them as well with no luck. 

The packs in question are Cats and Dogs, Stranger Ville, For rent, and Jungle adventure please help.
