Just a note on the troubleshooting part :
- Photos Sims take ingame. Try to only keep the photos you really like and that contribute to your gameplay. Delete everything else. Photos take up a lot of space in the save.
Actually, deleting the photo item in-game doesn't delete the texture in the save, so I would recommend trying to limit taking photos (and the use of custom paintings from the gallery).
