So I just installed B&H EP and my save is starting to corrupt little by little (fortunately I have a backup save).
Now to the corruption...
I started noticing that the lots were turning invisible while playing on Newcrest. Not being deleted but invisible. They were showing up on map view but not on the actual gameplay (build and buy or live mode).
So I followed a suggestion from pessyl92 (which is very good btw) on this thread Neighboring Houses show as Default/Empty | EA Forums - 11903590 to delete some of the rental units because for some reason it causing issues. I did it and it WORKED. The lots were not invisible anymore.
But now comes the real problem...the lots started to disappear and turning back to default ones on Willow Creek's Foundry Cove neighborhood.
The families are OK but the lots are gone.
I'm able to enter the lots with no infinite load screens but its starting to spread across other neighborhoods.
MODS: Just MCC (I did test without MCC and the issue persists).
CC: No CC
PS: Another thing I did was to bring another old save to test and no success at all.

It's no "spread" just it will shows on your save then you just have it in all worlds. Its no a virus :D
Delete all sims in world (for testing on backup save) and you will see this will no longer happen. (for moment :D)
Game has a problem with many familes and lots. They still add new world and new lots into game memory and it will be broken more often. Playing more than one family + for rent lot and penthouses lot is broken for this game. I made my investigation moree below on this topic. Even I recorded clips on yt for EA.
Still they don't give us any answer about this if they do something about it.
Anyway, in my opinion is no "save coruption" how topic says. Its game problem no saves. (I had this problem from Lovestruck EP) If you have it - sitch for rent lot into residential / delete NPC families and GHOST by LMS mod (https://www.curseforge.com/sims4/mods/rsm-release-all-ghosts-get-urn-for) and it will be fine.
Its annoying but you can still play on your save.This bug started way back my dear when we just had Get to Work on the table.
And I know that because I was the first person to report this issue when It happened to me on Magnolia Promenade after changing a lot from Retail to Residential and then the orange exclamation thing, lots disappearing...all started to show up.
I'm not here negating what you are saying but don't assume that we are all here unaware of what is happening lolAnyways the "spread" thing is real but not on the way you are thinking.
I meant spread because EVEN AFTER deleting Sims, rentals and other lots, this issue of not being able to see the real lot across the street is still happening. And happens on lots that were not happening before.
I'm on my day off testing this all day and I noticed that this is not just a visual bug, the lots are literally being deleted by the game and this is a symptom of save corruption.
Not being able to SEE lots is one thing. Lots being deleted is another story.There are live service games with more features than TS4 and that are not falling apart.
