Hi i do rotate households but not very often. I've been playing the same legacy save since i started playing the game in 2018. Sometimes i use Razer Cortez just to reduce a bit of RAM usage but yea i hit 18GB after about a few hrs of gaming. I have every kit and expansion pack. Ive populated every lot but have had to remove all lots in Chesnut Ridge, Mt Komorebi, Willow Creek, Moonwood Mill, 50% of Ravenwood, Granite Falls, Selvadorada and random lots in other worlds and the bug is still there.
That much RAM usage is still wild to me. Sorry your game is experiencing this. It reminds me of the old bugs where the game would continuously spawn Sims, bloat save file size, and use progressively more and more RAM. Have you experienced any weird Sim creation issues on top of problems with lots, such as random households or bunches of homeless Sims being generated?
