That much RAM usage is still wild to me. Sorry your game is experiencing this. It reminds me of the old bugs where the game would continuously spawn Sims, bloat save file size, and use progressively more and more RAM. Have you experienced any weird Sim creation issues on top of problems with lots, such as random households or bunches of homeless Sims being generated?
I do get random npc households populating empty lots but i think that's normal? Other than that i haven't noticed anything else unusual.
