Hi, I had posted my progress on here a while ago. So my game became corrupted again after I uncorrupted it and this time it started in Oasis Springs and at that point I gave up. I got so tired of having to replace lots again and find a balance of how many rentals and businesses and such. I recently opened up my game again and the mods were turned off because of an update and the lots were there and then I turned the mods on and restarted the game the lots disappeared again and also in Willow Creek all the lots were gone. At this point, I am not going to keep replacing lots and such. I am just going to start over. There are too many factors that seem to start the corruption and it is exhausting trying to find out what keeps causing it and the amount of work I have to do to undo the corruption. I really hope The Sims team finds out what has ben causing it and fix it themselves. I am really sorry for anyone who was hoping for a more straightforward answer on how to fix this. If anyone would like to look at my saves, please message me and I will upload them for y'all. I plan on not deleting them so i can still have copies of some of the builds and families and also in the event I want to try and look into the save corruption again.
