I don't know if it is an acceptable solution, but I bypass the corruption in this way (for now).
I recovered my corrupted save file (deleting the corrupted lots with sim4studio and put again the lot after).
Every time I finished a game and save and quit the sims 4, I cut the fold 'The sims 4' and paste on desktop. I start a brand new game (with new folder). From the old folder 'The sims 4' I cut the folds 'mods' 'save' and 'try' and I paste in the new one. I do this every time I quit the game before open again. For now, all it seems correctly functional. And I don't loose anything from my save and progression story.
This is similar of what I had to do but it is exhausting and time consuming
