One Sim in my household that I play, his eyes will not stay the assigned color I give him, I do change them back in "CAS" or "Manage Household" but when I save and exit out of either of those, the eyes keep changing to a different color and not the one I picked. I need help or any solutions? I have tried all I could but nothing is working.

You are wrong. I don't have to remember anything. My save-file with all my sims is unaffected by this bug, because I've never touched it since October. So when EA or some modder fixes this, all my sims will be fine.
This means that yes, I cannot play the game. And I'm not interested to play it without my sims. This is the same reason I'm not interested in creating new saves. My save file is from 2014. I'd rather deleted the game altogether than give up on what I've created.
I would also like to thank FairyTailNarza for the recommended mod! It at least helps those on PC who have Vampires restore their vampires appearance. The only downside is it doesn't help those on console or any of the other occults that this bug has affected.
The best solution is for EA to fix this bug properly. That is something that we can all agree on. It is extremely dangerous to all players who use occult. Why is it dangerous? It is dangerous the longer the bug goes without being fixed the more likely it is for the players to forget which eyes and teeth they used on their occult sims. The only way this would be avoided is if players wrote down which eyes and teeth they used. Which is kind of hard since the teeth and eyes don't really have names in CAS. The best way to avoid forgetting what they used would be to take a picture of the sim with the eyes and teeth along with pictures of the selected eyes and teeth in the options in CAS.
All we can really hope for is that EA will find a fix to this bug quickly, so that everyone can go back to enjoying their occult sims. It also helps if more people would report this bug or even join in on talking on this thread.
Yes. That is another way of protecting your Sims is by not playing. I really wonder if the bug affects ones you have created before the bug happened but aren't using at the moment and just sitting in your library. I have multiple saves. Each save I have a different story going on. Some I will probably delete due to me ruining my own story.
But do I not like being able to see my Vampire as I created him? Yes. Much like everyone, I want a permanent solution.
Yes, of course I've checked everything after the update (my game IS updated). I just wasn't saving. So yes, the bug affects everything - sims created before, sims from the library, new sims etc.
The bug does affect sims that are saved to the library and just sitting there.
Since this bug affects freshly created sims as well as old sims there's not much of a point in completely starting over with new sims and a new save anyways because the new sims will get bugged eventually as well. At this point I have uninstalled the game until this bug is fixed.
Have been having this issue for the last few days which is seriously annoying me. Created a new vampire sim in CAS, the occult eyes and teeth won't save in regular form, and every time I go back into CAS using cas.fulleditmode and then go back to live mode, the eyes just change to some random colour each time. This sim had a baby, and I was able to edit the infant/toddler's eyes to have the occult eyes which did actually save in live mode, up until I aged him into a child in which case the eyes are now entirely gone. Weirdly enough this happened around the same time my vampire sim had another child, who I was able to successfully give the occult eyes, so it's like only one child at a time is allowed to have occult eyes? It's driving me absolutely insane. WHY is this bug happening? Why has nothing been done to fix it?
I'm experiencing the exact same issue. Spellcasters lose their supernatural eyes when exiting CAS. 😭

This has really caused me distress, I have never been so stressed out about a game and not getting even a smidgen of response from EA on if they are doing anything isn't helping.
I keep getting notifications of new Laundry list of fixed bugs and I feel that it should be mentioned that they are working on it when they do the fixing so it can reassure us. A lot of people spent money on these occult packs, the least they can do is show they care and mention they are working on it.
God this sux, Sims was always something I looked forward to after a long day of work.
