I will try to save builds to the gallery or save builds from the gallery (it happens both ways) and it will sometimes fail to do so. When it does, it either will let me click out of it and try again ...

could you please post names/creator of items you're trying to download ?
It happens with so many creators, it’s not limited to specific creators or any pattern of creator behavior that I’ve noticed. It happens trying to save or download my own builds too.
I did notice it happening at a higher frequency when trying to download special lots, like the high schools, auditoriums, university commons. And I think residential rental lots, but less so than the special lots.I think it may also affect older builds more than newer builds, for downloading which obviously doesn’t apply for saving your own. Just something I noticed where builds from 2020 to about 2022 or maybe even 2023 were being more frequently problematic. It’s hard to tell with even older builds because the gallery doesn’t really show you them often. Possibly builds in other languages too? I saved multiple builds and families by creator simsonarope and the only one that caused this issue was “Puit De Culture” which is French and the Arts Center lot type.
“Server error. We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later.” But I clicked okay and it just kept loading.
