Server Error uploading to gallery/library

marriegames​  Does this happen with your Mods folder removed?  You don't need to save progress in the save itself, so you don't have to worry about the effects of the missing mods and custom content, other than on your lot of course.  But even if the lot uses cc you don't want to use, it's a helpful test.

Please also try a different build, for comparison's sake.  The question is whether this build is broken, or there's a problem with the process of saving anything at all.

i want to move my current house to another lot, but since yesterday I'm having difficulty into saving my house to my library. I've tried to restart my game, I've reseted my game and imported the save, I've removed mods and nothing. I tried  uploading room by room so i can build my house room by room in another world and the game just crashed. i linked the crashes files! my game is modded. 

Since the recent update, I have been unable to upload any lots (no matter how busy or empty) to the gallery or library. Whenever I try, I get the following error message pop up:

"Server error. We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later."

This has been happening for about a week (prior to posting this).

I am aware that other people have had the same issue and I have tried their fixes (e.g. empty the cache), yet they are not working.

I would make a bug report post, the more bug reports they have like this - the more likely they are to fix it

Dear Sims creators: Please stop adding new packs and updates. Work on current bugs, every time a pack or something is released or done this happens. Fix current issues. My game was working fine until the last pack "enchanted by nature" - Which I didn't purchase because I wanted to avoid issues with my game and yet I still have to suffer. Cannot save things to my personal gallery. i have thousands of hours into this game, an upgraded PC and I can hardly enjoy the game.

I own everything except that one.

My game loads but my issue is that it won't let me save any lots to my library or the gallery. It lets me download from the gallery fine, but it takes an age to even show what I've built and then says there's a server error. This means I can't 'move' lots around which is affecting how I play and putting me off using the game.

(I've tried many 'fixes' that I've researched including repairing the game, uninstalling the app, moving the 'tray' folder etc. Nothing works).

Hopping on this thread to say I'm having the same issue. Cannot even save to my own personal Library - I get the same error. At one point in time the message would appear but the lot would still save to my own Library, but that is no longer the case - I've tried several fixes today (8/26/2025) including changing back to DX9 and nothing. 

Really hope this can be fixed soon. I'm a builder who tries to upload my lots I build for my YouTube channel to the Gallery and it bums me out to be unable to connect to the community in this way. 

Same 😓. Spent days on a build only for it to keep telling me there’s a server error. I’ve deleted all my mods/cc, repaired, deleted what needs to be deleted still nothing. This update has been the WORSE! I can’t even save anything to my library 😒

Since the most recent Update to the game, I am no longer able to upload lots to the gallery for My Library or the Cloud. I received a server processing error.  I noticed this is a previous bug on the bug list; however, I have never experienced an issue before without an overall issue with the gallery in maintenance or cc content. 

I thought maybe the fact pictures for the lot took a while to load, as did saving lots take a while; however, waiting for the rendering to complete does not prevent the error.

Please advise if there are other troubleshooting steps I could try or if this is related to the update.
