Server Error uploading to gallery/library

Exactly what it says. I built a lot and tried to save it to my local Library 

not uploading it online, just saving it for myself, but I keep getting an error. What is happening with this game?

I’m not even running mods. The first time it happened, I hit save again and it worked. This time same process, but it keeps throwing the error. I’m getting really sick of the bugs. It’s exhausting trying to troubleshoot basic features that should just work.

This on top of all the UI exceptions and last exception errors I’m getting in an unmodded game makes absolutely no sense. Not for all the money spent.

Never mind the constant crashing, which I had to figure out a workaround for myself. I'm frustrated and just want to play my game without issues like I was doing just two months ago.

I have tried loading through EA I've tried loading through Steam I've tried loading through the shortcut on my Laptop won't let me save to my library or upload to gallery

Just adding my Me Too to this.  I have a save file where I only build, then I save the lots to my library to then add them to the save files I want to play with them in.  Only now I can't.  I'm getting the same error that everyone else is and I can't save any lots to my library or the gallery.  This also started happening to me after the 19 August update.  I have no mods or CC in my game.

Update after testing:

I tried repairing my game and still had the issue.

I uninstalled Sims 4 and the EA app, and reinstalled, and still had the issue.

I tested the issue on a lot I had successfully uploaded from the same world and had not played from well before the update and am getting the error on that lot as well.  I can't save a lot to the server at all. I realize this is not preventing me from playing my game per se but it is preventing me from sharing my lot to other properties or other game saves or playthroughs. 

I also have this Bug? /Problem? Whatever !
