Sims can't travel since buying Royalty & Legacy bundle.

I purchased the Royalty & Legacy bundle, installed it for the first time today and found I cannot use it at all.

My sim cannot leave the home lot. I get an endless blue screen that makes no progress.

I've repaired the game. I've cleared the cache. I don't use mods. I have no custom content.

What is going on?

crashing
freezing
lag
live mode
mac
never cc or mods
ui (user interface)

    Same, although it worked earlier in my game. It let me select the world and lot to travel to, but then got stuck loading.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

    I've never installed mods. The only custom content I've used came from EA in the gallery, and I've removed it.

    Playing on MAC.

    No files in my documents folder.

    It was getting stuck loading. Now it's crashing and exiting the entire game.

    Could you check a new save for testing purposes to see if that works ?

    Does it happen with any household in that save ? You can load in initially, right ?
