Travling and moving Error

Can you post a screenshot of the message you're getting when trying through manager world ?

They are in a penthouse, i just switched to a different family rented in the penthouse and it still glitched
when traveling.
i tried to go to manage worlds but it said unavailable due to mod.
how do i move the family to a lot in another world without loosing the family?

Does your family live in a penthouse ? Did you have any custom lo types at any point ?

Can you travel with another family ?

Bit hard to tell which of these is responsible for the endless loading.

Could you delete all the files you currently have (all LEUI, all LastCrash, all LastExceptions), then load your save and trigger the error again and see if you get a new LE.

fairy903​ Console is different for these types of issues. It's best if you create your own thread or check the console forum for known issues.

i have cc and mods turned off now and still have the same issue
i don't understand the last dot point sorry ?
my Sims has never had an issues so I'm new to this.

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
