I’m extremely frustrated because I have spent a significant amount of money on this game and its packs, and I can barely play anymore.
I literally can’t play properly. In CAS, I can’t move or place my cursor correctly, and clicking on categories often causes the game to freeze. Every time I launch the game, all content appears as if it’s new again in both CAS and Build Mode.
When I try to play, I can’t go for more than ten minutes before the game starts freezing, lagging, or crashing. I literally cannot enjoy the game in this state.
The Gallery also causes issues: if I keep it open for too long, the game freezes or bugs out. The cursor itself is also bugged.
I only have The Sims 4 and some packs on my console, yet the game already struggles to run properly. I honestly can’t imagine purchasing additional content, including kits, because I’m worried it will make performance even worse.
I’ve invested a lot of money into this game, so it’s incredibly disappointing that I’m unable to play it without constant bugs and freezing. I would like to know whether these issues are being addressed and what solutions are available.
