[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

EA_Solaire​  we're all having issues again it won't allow us to link to ea and you've moved our thread into a solved thread but its not working

issue resolved. it just decided to work this time🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah ive tried restarting my ps5  and trying again its getting ridiculous 

Ever since the 4th week of Nature’s Calling began, my game hasn’t connected to internet, cant use gallery or claim my rewards for Nature’s Calling.

At first I thought it was an issue with my wi-fi or something but I checked my wi-fi and everything and it was fine. I saw comments on the post about the 4th week of Nature’s Calling (on Xbox) that other folks have complained about this issue. 

I quit the game & went back in, that didn't help. I disconnected and reconnected to my wi-fi, that didn’t help, so I restarted my Xbox, didnt help. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Sims on my Xbox, that was unsuccessful, trying it again now & praying. 

Help??

Having the same issue. linked account multiple times, it doesn't work.

Same issue on my PS4. I was able to collect a few event items, but now it's saying to connect online to collect my rewards. I'M ALREADY ONLINE! I can't seem to find any answers. SMH.

A couple of days ago i had no online features so had to link my ea account and everything was working fine come on today same thing but after clicking link account it restarts my game and still no online access 😢 

I have exacty the same problem, the gallery is gone and i play the ps4 version of the sims 4 on ps5. My Ea account is disconnected every time i restart the game.

I am on Xbox and cannot claim the rewards. Same problem, says I have no internet connection. My ea account is linked. Makes no difference.

Yeah, i did this and it didn't work. I checked if I'm connected multiple times and I'm connected but it still not working 😞
