Sims 4 Xbox One update/no ui/ saves disappeared
So here’s the full story. I think my sims updated a couple of days ago/maybe a week. I bought the Growing Together pack and noticed it was giving me issues loading the game where the items that come with the pack weren’t loading in. I got that issue resolved. But then these past few days the game has been giving me more and more issues opening. So I would click it on my Xbox and it would say “the Sims took too long to open” and would bring me back to my Xbox Home Screen. I didn’t think anything of it because after a lot of patience and restarting the Xbox it would eventually load. THEN all day yesterday it started giving me me issues where when I got out of build mode the ui would disappear and when I went back to the main menu it would just be a white screen but you could hear things in the background and again with a lot of patience, quitting the game, and restarting it it would work. And now TODAY I loaded my game up, again gave me issues opening, and when it finally opened the EA agreement thing popped up, made me adjust the screen (which I thought was weird) and the. bam! Game loaded up and all my save files are gone. Anyone having the same issue? I’m so upset and wanted to share my story in case anyone else is going through the same thing. I don’t know if there was a bug with the update but this sucks. I just spent 2 game sessions building my families dream home that they finally earned. 😩😭
My Save data is corrupted and unplayable
Since the love struck emergency update I have not been able to load over 1000’s of countless hours of my save data. THIS IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE. Since the most update 2 days ago I can’t even load my new recent save I made because I get a (my save data is corrupted. )It’s unplayable. Thank God I’ve made a save back up but won’t be able to play it until they fix this problem. I know that I can’t be the only person dealing with this on consoles. This issue needs to be fixed. They cannot continue to IGNORE THISCan’t access City Living
I’ve just updated my game, and all content from city living is gone. I play on PS5, have no mods or anything. The game crashed as I was playing it, closed the game down, and it says unable to access content, it says on the sims app I own the content, but my ps says I have to repurchase it!
Eco Lifestyle BROKEN and GLITCHY!
My eco-lifestyle map has been broken since the dawn of time, but now it is even worse!!!! It's one of my favourite worlds, but it's unplayable! I cannot play it at all. What is this glitchy nightmare😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 EA, fix it or refund me because I'm tired of wasting my money on your content for it to always be broken!
Sims 4 Crashing and Unplayable Since Upgrade to Hobbies Pack
Since the recent update and new Hobbie game pack, my game crashes every time I attempt to save it, making it entirely unplayable. I am playing PS4 on my Sony console. My game includes every pack. I have tried turning it off and turning it back on. I’ve tried saving it under a new name. I’ve even tried to delete bigger lots, but it automatically crashes with each attempt. I’ve seen a couple of other posts about this that are apparently resolved, but cannot find any assistance regarding how the resolution occurred. Please help!

Does this ever happen to anyone when the game just randomly quits and you lose all unsaved data? I also been having a problem with the rain going through the roof and ceiling and making it seem like it's raining inside. When will they fix this? I mean i don't want to shut off the rain because then it'd be kinda pointless to even have the seasons expansion pack Also why cant I use the household the I like and just start over with all new relationships woth other sims. It's like everyone I decide to reuse my old sims household it's like Im just continuing where I left off instead of starting anew all over? Does anyone have that problem?
Sims 4 Crashes July 2024
I’ve just recently started back playing sims 4 after about a year, - I have Xbox console. All was going well and now I’ve had to constantly reboot, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have all expansions besides “growing together”, and I did install the new “lovestruck” the other day. I have kits and packs I have tried uninstalling all of them. I cannot play it due to constant crashing. I cannot build, or do game play. I have tried saving multiple different games, I’ve deleted old saved games, I uninstalled all add ons, nothing seems to be working.. super frustrating and a waste of money at this point. ps.. starting today at 2pm est I have now been unable to log on at all or get past the log in screen. It syncs then just stays on the front screen circling
