Mod folder breaks every time I play
My mods always prevent my sims game from launching after an update, which is fine I just have to go through and find the broken one. But this time there hasn't been an update and just randomly when I tried to launch the game every single mod/cc stopped the game from launching and the only thing that fixes it is making a new mods folder and copy and pasting everything into it. I don't wanna do that every time though, because I have so many mods and it takes forever to copy and paste.Forever loading
Help! Yesterday, my game went onto a load page and hasn't gone back. I'm not able to shut off the game, and I'm relatively new to Sims and using a Mac, so I'm not 100% sure on how everything works. I hope not to lose my progress on things. I've also recently had problems with Sims freezing, but time progressed, I ignored it as I thought it was my wifi or something. I cannot find the repair button in the EA app. Even pressing quit in the dock won't work. Please help :(EA play glitch on college football 26
I recently downloaded college football 26 off of ea play on the Xbox store but every-time I go to load into the game it says college football on ea play has expired but when I go to the store it says it’s still on ea play and any other platform I check to see if it’s still available on ea play it says it is and the message pops up every single time I exit a practice or a game and I can bypass it to play by entering the store then immediately exiting but other than that it’s very annoying and it takes the enjoyment out of the game if yall at EA could get on this problem and fix it I would really appreciate it cause if not I will be deleting the game I’ve also reported on Xbox too but nothing has been resolved113Views2likes3CommentsMy account was hacked and linked so some random email.
I have recently got back into gaming and I’ve tried to play the new Battlefield today but I can’t because when I try to start it asked for me to verify my linked account and it’s not my email so I’m not getting any codes. Reading in the support stuff it says that I can never unlink an account so does this mean that every single EA game I will never be able to play again 😂Unable to connect to Online Services
Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading into game it would display "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after about 5-10 seconds in menu would see "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST". Issue has been happening since around December/January which could usually get around by loading into Madden using a hotspot but now this also has the same issue. Issue also occurring on different PlayStation/EA accounts Have tried the following to resolve: - Restart PS5 - Restart Modem/Router - Change DNS settings on PS5 - Clear system cache - Rebuild Database - Unlink PlayStation Network Account from EA account, and re-linked - Uninstall & Reinstall game - Restored License Have noticed a few others have also posted in this forum with the same issue. Is this a known issue with a workaround? Based in New Zealand322Views1like11CommentsCannot progress past CAS
I have downloaded the game fresh from EA play with no mods installed and created a new save path. I can open the game to the menu, start a new game, and use create a sim fine, but I cannot progress past this. Once I hit 'play' and then 'save and play' nothing happens. The pop-up with the image of my household shows up fine and I can press the 'save and play' button, but then the game doesn't progress from there no matter how long I wait. I can hit esc. and exit that screen, as well as exiting back to the main menu. I also cannot download households from the gallery. I have been having this problem for over a year now, each time downloading the game fresh with a new save file location and no packs or CC installed. Any help / ideas would be appreciated greatly.Just keeps spinning.
Hi. I have had nothing but issues with my Sims4 game for the last 8 months. It continually crashes. I have completely uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. That worked for 2 weeks and now when i load the EA app it is extremely slow to load and flashes blank black screen and then the app loads. When i start the Sims4 game it the screen flashes a white screen with black lines on the bottom that flashes like 5 times than goes to the main Sims4 screen. It will then go to the main Sims4 game but the Live mode will not work. Also when I click on "resume game" it just goes to the load screen and just keeps spinning. I have had it sit for 10 minutes and it keeps spinning. I am going thru complete withdrawel from my Sims. I play to keep my mind off my extreme pain but constantly having issues. I have never had these issues when Sims was with Origin. Ever since it went to EA app I have had nothing but problems. Game is constantly glitchy. I just want to play my game. I am NOT a normal gamer where I know computers. I just want to start my game and play it so I do not understand folders and documents. I talked to Customer Service and they were extremely rude and not helpful. I just want to play my game please. I have sent at least 6 EA error reports.77Views0likes3CommentsERROR CODE 0:51001S: 16054882630:-2146631680Q
Hello EA Support, I am currently experiencing a persistent “Network Disconnected” error while trying to play Battlefield 6 on PC via Steam. The game launches without any issues, but it fails to connect to the online services and displays an error code similar to: 1:86001S:51001S. I have only played approximately two hours so far, and since then I have been unable to access the online features. Here is what I have already tried: Installed and logged into the EA App Linked my Steam account to my EA account Verified game files through Steam Cleared the EA App cache Restarted PC and router Flushed DNS and reset network settings Disabled firewall temporarily for testing linked the steam to a different EA account Changed DNS Disabled ipv6 Despite all of this, the issue continues. My internet connection is stable, and other online services work normally. Please advise on what may be causing this and what additional steps I can take to resolve it. Thank you for your assistance.216Views2likes4Comments[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Problem With Your Game's Setup
Overview There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game. This error has multiple known causes and, at the time of this writing, at least one unknown cause. So if you're not covered by the known triggers, some troubleshooting is in order. jump to: Windows 7 jump to: Windows 10 or 11 N jump to: Other Windows 7 If your computer runs Windows 7, you probably need to run Sims 4 in DirectX 9 mode. The game now defaults to DirectX 11 mode on most systems, but you can force DX9 mode in the EA App or Steam. For an EA App install, open the App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, add -dx9 to the Advanced launch options box, and click Save. For a Steam install, open Steam, right-click Sims 4, select Properties > General, and add -dx9 to the Launch Options box. Windows 10 or 11 N The versions of Windows with N in their names are stripped-down installs, missing some resources that Sims 4 needs in order to run. To find out if this applies to you, click Windows key-R and enter dxdiag in the run box in the lower-left corner of the screen. The dxdiag window will list your version of Windows: If you see N in the name, please install the Media Feature Pack provided by Microsoft. Information and instructions are here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/media-feature-pack-for-windows-n-8622b390-4ce6-43c9-9b42-549e5328e407 Other So far, there have been a few reports of this issue without a definitive cause and where the above categories don't apply. If you're affected, please first confirm that you're running Windows 10 or 11 and not an N version, as described above. The first suggestion I have is to uninstall and reinstall the VC++ runtimes Sims 4 uses. Open Windows Settings > Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, and uninstall all versions from 2015 and newer. Don't touch the others. You can get new versions here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 You only need the 2022 x86 and x64 versions, not the older ones and not the ARM version. The 2022 runtimes replace everything from 2015 on, although the older runtimes are standalone. Restart after installing the runtimes and before trying to play. If you're using ReShade or GShade, please remove the associated files and repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair OR Steam > Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files). If that doesn't help, close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager's background processes list. Delete the Bin folder in [install location]\The Sims 4\Game, then repair as described above. This will redownload the default, unaltered files in Bin, without anything extra. It's possible that the installation of Sims 4 is in fact corrupt or missing some critical files. So you can also try doing a clean uninstall and reinstall, as described here: [PC] How to Clean-uninstall Sims 4 I will add any other known fixes or workarounds here as I find or hear about them. In the interim, if you're affected and nothing in this guide helps, please reply to this thread and provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons. ↑1.5KViews2likes116CommentsME:LE 3 won't launch
Hi! I've tried just about everything so as a last resort i'm gonna ask help from here. Two things of note: i'm playing on pc and my game is on an external hard drive. Been playing for a long time, and haven't had many issues before. About a week ago my ME:LE just deleted itself from Steam, saying it wasn't installed anymore. Installed it again and went to play as normal, but the game wouldn't launch. The launcher itself works fine, but when i try to load the last save, it lags and crashes at the loading screen, taking me back to the launcher. I'm currently playing ME3, and it seems like the problem is with that game specifically, because i tried starting new ME1 and 2 saves and there were no problems with either of them. What i have tried so far: deleted the game and installed it again (multiple times) updates my graphics cards moved it to my computers internal drive tried launching it straight from the .exe file verified the game files (multiple times) cleared EA app's cache Tried basically everything that came up when googling this problem. If there is anyone who could help with this i'd be very grateful.200Views0likes14Comments
