Lost everything
So I'm on ps4 and I've played for years and I hoped on and all my soldiers which were all level 10+ or around so are all now level 0. My career says I've never played a second of battlefield, the first gun for each soldier company have their perks but any other starter guns are down to nothing. But I can get into a game perfectly fine... help please.
In-game chat currently not working – possible connection to chat/filter system?
Hello everyone, for the past few days (around 3–4 days in my case), I’ve been unable to send messages in the Battlefield V in-game chat. Detailed behavior: The in-game chat window is visible and can be opened normally I can see messages from other players I can type text into the chat input However, my own messages do not appear in the chat and seem not to be sent at all So this is not a complete chat outage or a UI issue, but specifically a problem where outgoing messages are not transmitted, even though the chat itself is working. At this point, it seems unlikely that this is related to individual community servers. Instead, it appears to be a technical issue on EA’s or the client’s side. A possible connection to the chat or profanity filter system is noticeable: Changing my player name allowed me to use the chat briefly After restarting the game, the issue returned I’m aware of multiple other players currently experiencing the same problem This also affects players with completely neutral, non-offensive names If there have been recent changes to the chat or filter system, they may currently not be functioning correctly and could be unintentionally blocking legitimate players. My questions: Are other players experiencing this issue as well? Are there any known workarounds on the player side? Or is this clearly an EA / DICE issue that requires a server- or client-side fix? [xbox] Battlefieldv servers disconnecting when full. Video proof.
Update problem is still happening 01/02/2026 as the title says, when playing battlefield v on xbox the game servers randomly disconnect when full or partially full, with the error " the game session is no longer available" This then effects other Battlefield V Game servers like Team Deathmatch shutting down at the same time. Battlefield V needs server maintenaince and that should FIX the ISSUE. BFV ADVANCE SEARCH CRASHES THE GAME
I had turned on advance search North America game was working fine but as soon as I turned on North america and Europe game crashes and it doesn't let me reset settings because game crashes right away.I reinstalled the game, repaired game nothing helped. how can I fix this issue?
ea not detecting BFV on my pc
so i got on today, opened the ea app on pc and it says that my library is empty... to launch bfv i have to click on thr game tile on the desktop to launch. i dont have a problem with that im just worried that some day it just wont launch saying that the game doesnt exist on my pc anymore... any fixes to this?

Thanks EA Hello everyone The incorrect ban imposed on January 9th has been lifted. Everyone check their game. I appealed, it was rejected, but when I checked my penalty history, there was no ban. I logged into the game and yes, the ban has been lifted, I'm so happy, thank you EA and your team :) <3 Everyone check their penalty history.
BF5 0.0.0 Driver issue bug
Hello! So my issue would be, that i have a Battlefield 5 key from Eneba purchased, and when i activated it, started the game, it gives me the 0.0.0 driver issue, but my driver is perfectly up to date, and i tried everything (driver update, reset and reinstall, etc.) it still didnt work. The AI said, that there might be a problem with the key being originally for Origin, and thats why it doesnt work. I have talked about this with 2 other person from EA help, and i got, that it will be sent to the game assistans, and some minutes later i got an E-Mail, that says my case was closed with the reason that its unfixable issue. Than my case was reopened, and i was told, that i have to diasble the integrated video card in my bios, and delete the AMD Graphics (TM). I did the second one, since i dont have an integrated video card, and the issue is still the same. Now i was sent on Eneba to ask for help, since maybe some issue occured here. There they told me, that since its already been redeemed and EA confirmed its a bug on the game, EA games can help me, since they can check and fix the issue if its in the code.
Battlefield V Anti-Cheat update failure for China region blocking launch
Hello, I am reporting a critical issue specifically affecting players in China trying to play Battlefield V on PC (via Steam/EA App). Core Problem Upon launching the game, EA Anti-Cheat (EAAC) prompts for an update. However, even if the update appears to complete successfully, the anti-cheat files automatically roll back to an older version (from July 11, 2025) upon the next launch. This causes a persistent update loop, making it impossible to start the game normally. Key Details & Impact This issue is confirmed to primarily affect the China region, suggesting a problem with the regional update servers or configuration. This problem has been ongoing for several months, severely impacting the gaming experience for a significant number of legitimate players. The only known, unreliable workaround involves disconnecting from the internet during the EAAC loading phase to bypass the update check, which is not a sustainable solution. Other players have found that using a network accelerator set for Battlefield 1 can sometimes trigger a proper EAAC update, indirectly allowing Battlefield V to run, which further points to a service-side issue specific to Battlefield V's update pathway in China. Request for Action We kindly request the EA team to urgently investigate and fix the EAAC auto-update mechanism for the China region to ensure players can receive and maintain the latest version correctly. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.
Suggestion: Adding the Red Army + more content to Battlefield V
Adding the Red Army would have brought a huge part of WWII that’s currently missing — iconic weapons, uniforms, and maps like Stalingrad or Kursk. Even if BFV itself is finished, I hope this feedback is considered because battlefield v even to this day is fun and is still popular id like to see more content or the game get revived for the players who are still actively playing and enjoying the amazing Battlefield V
After 20 rank on assaulter i have no mastery assigment
After reaching rank 20 as an Assault, I went to the tasks section to activate the "quest," but it was nowhere to be found. In the rewards section, it shows that I have the task and that it only needs to be activated, but unfortunately, it is not available. Just to clarify, I do own the "Ultimate Upgrade Bundle"My games fail to launch
I have spent hours with the support team but my problem persists. I have tried all fixes. Even reinstalled my games multiple times. Repaired the files, udated my drivers, updated my computer and ran diagnostics. The afected games are Battlefeild 6 and V and Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2.
