From day one, this game has been a hot mess. It started out where we had to be subbed out. Then it was little things like the game crashing, and then every time you did an update, it was worse than what you were trying to fix. I have never in all the years and decades that I've been playing games had to deal with so much 💩 . This latest thing with taking the lurking completely away is BS. Put it back. Fix it.Lurking
I dont know if the people who make this game read these posts or not, but if they do, you need to put the lurking back in this game. Fix the part where if the ball is so far over your head you have no chance at intercepting the ball, but if it is right in front of you, you intercept it. Figure this out and fix your game.
OL/DL in RTG mode
When will EA add playing as OL/DL into RTG mode? It’s great catching passes for 30+ TD’s, running for **bleep** near 1500+ yds. or throwing for over 5,000 yds, but let me get my hands dirty in the trenches for 4 years. Please EA, your game is great and I love that the NCAA football game is back, but you gotta keep improving! Love the game, will buy every year until it starts to become like NHL, same game every year with minor, meaningless tweaks.Dynasty
So I played Dynasty for the first time last night. The only thing I had played up to this point was RTG. I play in the closest thing you have to first person point of view. I want the feeling of being on the field. In Dynasty and I looked for this POV and was disappointed when I couldn't find it. I will never play Dynasty again until you add this POV.Updates
To Whom It May Concern at EA Sports, I'm writing to tell you exactly how disappointed I am in what you've done to College Football. I started playing NCAA Football in 2014. The year after that, you stopped making it because of the legal mess around player likeness and players not getting paid for the use of their names and faces. Fair enough. I waited. Like a lot of fans, I was genuinely excited when the series came back. I returned in 2025. The game is nowhere near what it used to be. The gameplay is garbage. The updates, when you actually bother to release them, are trash. I bought College Football 26 hoping it would be better. It was worse. Now you keep pushing out more updates, while the people who actually paid for this game sit there hoping each patch will fix the problems that are genuinely frustrating to deal with, and instead the gameplay gets worse with every one of them. When I first bought this, I didn't think it could get worse than what it already was. I was wrong. Since July of 2025, I have watched this game decline with every single update. I want to be clear about something. I'm a welder. If I put out work at this level of quality and didn't fix it, I would be out of a job very quickly. My customers would go somewhere else, and they'd be right to. I don't get to ship a bad weld, ignore the complaints, and then ship an even worse one the next week while still collecting a paycheck. That's not how real work functions. You should be ashamed of the product you've put out. You have a monopoly on college football video games, and you're using that position to sell a broken product to loyal fans who waited a decade for the series to come back. They deserve better than this, and so do I. Fix it. Or at minimum, stop making it worse. Sincerely A concerned customer. If the next game is as bad as this one, I think you will be losing more customers than you gain. I know I’m not the only one that would enjoy playing in a different position other than QB, HB, LB, WR, or Corner. It would be nice to be able to play defensive line and/or edge rusher positions. Even a kicker would be cool in my opinion. Get called in to make a game winning field goal with 2 seconds left for example. I understand it may be a big ask, but I’m sure others would love to see it as well.
Can’t upload my road to glory player to madden 26 PS5
My servers are working my internet is connected with an ethernet cable I can’t transport my player from college football wrote the glory to madden 26. It keeps telling me upload failed. My PlayStation subscription is good my Internet good my account I’m logged in and I don’t know what to do. I don’t know what to do. I’m trying to transform and it won’t let me can I get help pleaseInterceptions..
I purchased this game for the fun of interceptions in Road To Glory as a CB. I've never been good at these games, and can't seem to get better. I'm a casual that doesn't have a lot of time on his hands. Why did you ruin the game, and stop the QBs from throwing to the receiver your RTG CB is covering? I don't play online, and don't play dynasty. I only play RTG and I want 3-4 interceptions per game. Unfortunately I made the error of purchasing this game, and should have read the difficulty people are having intercepting the ball. I don't see any reason to waste my money on the next installment if this isn't going to be fixed. Also, I'm Canadian, but I have to choose a US city and state to be from? Custom 10 game schedule when teams are downloaded. Better stadium builder for any custom team (not just HS). Being able to have the option to play the full highschool game. Why dose the game have to cheat so much. To a point there's no reason to play as a linebacker it doesn't count anything the refs don't call flags. like the whole job of ea is to make a simulation but the game is so broken that it's not even fun like what dose ea even do besides copying and pasting and putting new animations over old ones and the game doesn't even know how to play. The practices isn't even helpful like it's practices and I run to the whole but the rb just runs a whole different way .like I have to fix to much in order to get a little bit of fun from it the whole game is made for offense. I know they won't fix it but dam the game is unplayable .I feel the whole reason they put it on ea access so they could get numbers to a point i don't think we'll ever get anything good from them anymore 🤦🤦Camera angles
Why do cfb road to glory and madden superstar always have different camera angles. Usually cfb has the better camera angle but not for cornerback. Every camera angle for cb is bad. One camera angle makes it so I can’t see anything that’s happening around me and the other makes it so I can’t run in a straight line. I use the one where you you see the back of the corner but it’s difficult to know what route the wr is running. I can’t even see the qb, how am I supposed to know if he’s throwing my way besides the orange dot on the ground. I can’t see the rb when they run until they are past the line of scrimmage. When I go to make a tackle the camera twists around the players so I can’t see where I’m running to. Why can’t madden and cfb just have the same camera angles?No update
This game has been out for a year and i cannot understand how they have never bothered to patch the horrible camera angles in RTG. Playing a CB is **bleep** near impossible. You can't see the field on one angle, another angle you can't see the receiver you're match up with and another angle you can't even see yourself. This is just pure laziness from a company that has a monopoly and no competition. They never even patched sim in this mode either. My AI controlled offense cannot score even when they are playing against weaker schools. On fourth down, when they punt the ball, there is no time expiration. My defense just starts at the same time my teams fourth down ended. You can't even see what happens on fourth down, the offense just gets the ball at a random spot. Never even understood why you can't play special teams either. My WR would score touchdowns on special teams during the sim, but I'm unable to play special teams. How hard could it be to add special teams play in rtm. How is it possible for my defense to force 3 interceptions and 2 fumbles with like 5 sacks and still give up over 600 yards of offense to the opposing team? Yet my offense cant even move the ball down the field and my QB can't complete 50% of his passes, with an 87 rating, and they are running the ball on 3rd and 8. Clearly there is something wrong with the game's algorithm. EA just doesn't need to making games at all because they either don't care to make a good game that's fun to play or they don't care to make a game that is completed. Nearly a year after it's release and they can't fix simple issues. Decades of making football games and they can't even get simple features right. EA, it's NOT in the game. Just recently played this game and my defense tracked up an amazing 20 sacks in a single and and my team scored an astounding 5 points!!!! 87 overall QB in sim went 11 for 34 passing and 2 ints. This has to be some sort of bad joke. Unbelievable how bad this game is. Do the people who work on this game even attempt to actually play the game themselves?This is pitiful, honestly
For the life of me I don’t understand how a game can be can be gone for over a decade and the re released and this is the product that you give the people, all we want is to be able to play an entire season in high school. All we want is for there to be some sort of common sense when it comes to the playcalling and AI simulation. There is no way anyone at EA could have played this BS and thought this was a quality product. I’ve given you all two chance, last year and this year. I won’t give you all a third I will never was my money on this bs again
Mike RTG is broke
I have to get on my knees and suck the devils **bleep** to get 3 tackles in the whole game. If there is a teammate 20ft. away from your tackle you automatically get assisted tackle. The online has the grip of a **bleep** silver back gorilla but any of my team members can shed and make a tackle with no **bleep** problems. The qb sits on his **bleep** thumb when I dont rush and gets his **bleep** eaten out by any of my team members. The moment I rush the qb its like every **bleep** wide receiver is automatically open and my cb and safeties are non existent. Sacking the qb is out of the question, you have a better chance sucking trumps **bleep**. Fix this **bleep** game!Scoreboard Color Issue in Road to Glory
Hi EA Sports Team, I really enjoy playing Road to Glory in EA Sports College Football 26, especially as a wide receiver. However, I’ve noticed a small issue during offensive plays. The down and distance graphic (down and yards to go) sometimes appears in the opponent’s team colors instead of my team’s colors. This can be a bit confusing during gameplay. I know it’s not a major issue, but it would definitely improve the experience if the colors matched the user’s team while on offense. Thank you for your time and for continuing to improve the game!Save your Money!!
This is the worst football game I've ever played and I've been playing since 1st and 10 on Nintendo. I've never struggled so much to do the basics in a game. This is the first time I've ever wanted to return a game after playing. I should have played the demo. Run as fast as you can!!Are EA servers down?
I give with EA i can't get any help from these people. Madden 26 superstar mode has been down since Sunday Superbowl Sunday. They won't give me no solution to when they will get this fixed. So I decide to go play NCAA college football Road to Glory but it I get error message can't connect to EA servers. RTG keeps crashing every time I try I enter the hat selection scene. I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve rebuilt the database, checked that the system and game is up to date. Deleted all saved data, local and cloud. Reinstalled the game. Cleaned my ps5. Cleared cache on ps5. Restarted my ps5. Deleted existing RTG game files and tried starting new ones. Literally everything outside of hard resetting my console. Which I shouldn’t have to do because this is the only game that crashes my ps5. Is there anything I can do to play this game? Am I missing something? I’ve looked through countless forums and tried to troubleshoot and nothing works. The game remains UNPLAYABLE.
