CFB 26 Server issues kicking you out of your dynasty games
I’ve been continuously losing connection to the servers on a lan cable and it made me lose 3 games progress three times in a row kicking my out of my dynasty making me restart the whole game all over again this issue happens all the time and it’s ridiculous EA you need to fix your server problem cause at this point it’s disappointing cause all new EA games have this issue starting from 2021 till now all of them have had server issues I’ve spent a lot of money on EA products and all have been below even the average standards when it comes to server problems and them being fixed5Views0likes0CommentsRoad to The CFP 27: Suggestions.
Thanks for bringing back College Football video games! Here are some ideas! 1. "The Tailgate" (Social Lobbies) Bring back Online Lobbies, but rebrand them as "The Tailgate." * The Vibe: A place for players to gather, chat, and challenge each other. The Banter: College football is built on rivalries and talk. Having a space to find opponents and discuss the week’s real-life games while waiting for a match would add a massive layer of community engagement. 2. Advanced Player Cards & Sportsmanship Ratings In NCAA 11, we had player cards that told you exactly who you were playing. Let’s modernize this for CFB 27 to help curb "toxic" playstyles and reward "sim" players. Sportsmanship Grade: Track things like DNF (Did Not Finish) percentage, frequency of going for it on 4th & long in the 1st quarter, and "Running up the Score" tendencies. Skill Profile: Display Win/Loss record, Favorite Team, and Skill Level. Pre-Game Intel: Display these cards during the loading/matchup screen. While we see pass/run tendencies now, seeing a "Sportsmanship: C-" or a "DNF: 30%" tells me exactly what kind of game I’m in for. 3. Enhanced Results History Currently, it’s hard to track your "rivals" or keep a pulse on your history. Username Visibility: Please ensure the Opponent Username is clearly displayed next to every result in the Recent Games history. 4. Home Field Advantage (HFA) Tweaks The Stadium Pulse/HFA is a great feature, but it needs a realism tweak to reflect how modern teams actually communicate. The Reality: Most plays are now fed in via sideline signals or the Coach-to-QB headset. Even in a deafening stadium, the QB usually knows the primary play call. The Fix: While HFA should still create a "rattled" environment, it shouldn't make the base play-art disappear entirely or be completely wrong. HFA should focus more on affecting player composure, timing, and execution rather than the QB simply forgetting the play sent in from the sideline. Closing Thought: These changes would move the online experience from a simple matchmaking queue to a living, breathing community.15Views0likes0Commentscfb 26 pre snap bug where u can’t move or do anything
In Dynasty, RTG, Play Now, etc., for about a week now I’ve had this weird issue where I can’t hike the ball or do anything after picking a play. I get stuck in the pre-snap menu and can only view matchups and other pre-snap options, but the play never starts. It happens on offense and defense. I’ve tried changing settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, using hot routes, audibles, and different buttons, but nothing has fixed it. Just wondering if this is happening to anyone else.10Views0likes0CommentsAll Time Teams/National Champion Teams with Coach Selections or Correct Coach
Now look I know we aren’t getting this in CFB 27, but maybe in CFB 28? I’m a fan of the NBA2K All Time teams and I think they’re pretty cool, but I know that it’s hard to do 130+ teams but I would like something like that in the game. I want others opinions on this too could there maybe be National Champion teams with correct-ish playbooks for the year that team one the National Championship. For instance say you want to use the National Champion team from a 70s Oklahoma Team you could run an Option Playbook or a 2019 LSU and you can run Coach O’s playbook. Stuff like this makes a game more interesting to me because you can settle what teams really were better than others to your friends. This would also expand playbooks even more which I’m a huge fan of more plays and formations. What’s everyone else’s thoughts on this?9Views0likes0CommentsUnnecessary punts
When doing slow sim CPU vs CPU, when one team is ahead and takes a knee, instead of running out the clock the CPU will run an unnecessary play as well as leaving time behind and punting the ball when they could have just ran out the clock to the the game. It's like the CPU is giving one last for the losing team to win unnecessarily.7Views0likes0CommentsNo update
This game has been out for a year and i cannot understand how they have never bothered to patch the horrible camera angles in RTG. Playing a CB is **bleep** near impossible. You can't see the field on one angle, another angle you can't see the receiver you're match up with and another angle you can't even see yourself. This is just pure laziness from a company that has a monopoly and no competition. They never even patched sim in this mode either. My AI controlled offense cannot score even when they are playing against weaker schools. On fourth down, when they punt the ball, there is no time expiration. My defense just starts at the same time my teams fourth down ended. You can't even see what happens on fourth down, the offense just gets the ball at a random spot. Never even understood why you can't play special teams either. My WR would score touchdowns on special teams during the sim, but I'm unable to play special teams. How hard could it be to add special teams play in rtm. How is it possible for my defense to force 3 interceptions and 2 fumbles with like 5 sacks and still give up over 600 yards of offense to the opposing team? Yet my offense cant even move the ball down the field and my QB can't complete 50% of his passes, with an 87 rating, and they are running the ball on 3rd and 8. Clearly there is something wrong with the game's algorithm. EA just doesn't need to making games at all because they either don't care to make a good game that's fun to play or they don't care to make a game that is completed. Nearly a year after it's release and they can't fix simple issues. Decades of making football games and they can't even get simple features right. EA, it's NOT in the game. Just recently played this game and my defense tracked up an amazing 20 sacks in a single and and my team scored an astounding 5 points!!!! 87 overall QB in sim went 11 for 34 passing and 2 ints. This has to be some sort of bad joke. Unbelievable how bad this game is. Do the people who work on this game even attempt to actually play the game themselves?28Views1like0CommentsCollege Football 27: suggestions to the developers.
1. Dynamic Crowd Logic & Attendance In older titles, the stadium was a living entity. We need to see Contextual Attendance return. If a team is being blown out at home, the stands should visibly thin out by the fourth quarter. It adds a layer of realism and a "sting" to losing that static crowds simply can't replicate. 2. The Return of the "Momentum Meter" & Decibel (dB) Readings The NCAA 07-style Momentum Meter provided a visual representation of the game's "swing." Pairing this with a live dB reading for crowd noise creates a tangible home-field advantage. It forces the away team to feel the pressure and gives the home team a reason to keep the fans screaming. 3. Studio-Driven Presentation (Pre-Game & Picks) The broadcast needs to feel like a Saturday morning kickoff. The Desk: A pre-game show featuring a broadcast crew (similar to the old ESPN segments) to break down the matchup. The Picks: Bring back the "More Info" screen where analysts give their predictions. Seeing an analyst's icon next to their chosen winner—reminiscent of the Kirk Herbstreit picks in NCAA 14—adds weight to every game on the schedule. 4. Immersive "Media" in Dynasty Mode Dynasty mode feels most alive when the world reacts to your success. Moving away from sterile menus in favor of Magazine-style articles and digital headlines would go a long way. Reading a "Sporting News" style cover story about your star QB’s Heisman race makes the season feel like a journey, not just a list of games. Final Thoughts: These features aren't just nostalgia; they are the building blocks of immersion. Bringing back the "little things" like dynamic crowds and studio picks would bridge the gap between a "football sim" and a "College Football experience." 21Views0likes0CommentsCFB 27 Highschool
Add a FULL High School Senior Season to Road to Glory. Let players play a full senior season before committing to a college. High school teammates should also be recruits who commit to different colleges, so you might play with them again or face them later in college. This would make cfb 27 feel more realistic and immersive.17Views0likes0CommentsEdit Coach Won't Save in Online Dynasty
Edit Coach changes I make to my custom coach-- including Gear and Aggressiveness will no longer save when I edit them in my 2 online dynasties. Playbook changes will save, but not these two. In the case with Gear, I can immediately see it hasn't saved as soon as I back out of the Edit Coach menu. I haven't changed any main menu settings. The only areas where I have played around with recently are custom Audibles in Practice Mode and changing some of the Gear on my players in Roster.15Views0likes0CommentsEA Sports – Why Even Have Player Styles If They Don’t Save?
For the love of EA Sports… you still cannot change or save player stances under the Styles settings. For example, at running back, the default stance called “Wide” makes the player line up in this weird leaning pose that honestly looks like he’s standing on a street corner strung out on something. It has nothing to do with football and looks ridiculous. The bigger problem is that any changes you try to make don’t save. This includes position stances, running motions, and throwing motions. You can select a different style, but when you back out or return later, it reverts right back. This has been an issue since the game launched, and it still hasn’t been fixed. If these options can’t actually be saved, then why even have them in the game? Honestly, if you guys could just fix this one thing, a lot of us would forget about other issues like blocking mechanics, weather effects, or the coaching carousel. The core gameplay is fine, but this feature is completely broken. Please fix the style settings not saving bug. This occurs when editing player styles in the roster or dynasty player editor. Any stance, running motion, or throwing motion change does not save and resets back to the default after exiting the menu.20Views0likes0CommentsPlayer Style & Stance Settings Still Won’t Save (1 Year Later)
For the love of EA sports you still cannot change or save your players position stances listed under styles for example, the way they lineup I running him back is still doing this stupid lien or it looks like he’s on the corner of the street strung out on something. It’s nothing to do with football. I don’t even know why that stance is in the game. It’s called listed as “wide” for running backs. I’m not sure why you guys could never just fix this simple glitch in the game not letting us save any other styles, including running motions and throwing emotions. Why even have it in the game? Can you just fix this and we’ll forget about all the other broken stuff like the blocking mechanics, the weather, the coaching carousel. The rest of the game is fine. I guess can you please change this though it’s completely broken unable to save any changes made.12Views0likes0CommentsPlayer Style & Stance Settings Still Won’t Save (1 Year Later)
