Game Crashing [Info Requested]
Hard crashes in menu and had it crash in play now right on the intro. This has happened since last College football 25, I am on an Xbox Series X. [CM - updating thread title and tags for clarity and visibility] update- issue still exists but what worked for me was trading in Xbox Series X I had gotten last year for an Xbox Series S haven’t had any crashes personally could be something with certain years of Manufacturer of Xbox Series X’s causing the crashes, my old console last year on CFB25 crashed even after the supposed fix, I hope this helps for people not getting any traction from EA, I know it’s not ideal but my faith in an actual fix is probably lower than 0%.26KViews59likes1020CommentsUltimate Team - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"
I have been trying to play ultimate team on college football 25 and every time I press solo season or anything I keep getting the notification “our severs cannot process your request at this time. Please try again”. We are aware of players experiencing issues with Dynasty Mode including the following: When using schemes and playbooks to change your coach playbook/scheme, your player archetypes and OVRs change based on the scheme. Incoming freshman are not appearing in the Position Changes screen during the offseason. Annual Non-Conference games are not rotating. While the team investigates and works toward a resolution for these issues, we recommend players do not use the schemes/playbook screen to change your playbooks, and instead use the Edit Coach screen to change your playbook. I recently downloaded college football 26 off of ea play on the Xbox store but every-time I go to load into the game it says college football on ea play has expired but when I go to the store it says it’s still on ea play and any other platform I check to see if it’s still available on ea play it says it is and the message pops up every single time I exit a practice or a game and I can bypass it to play by entering the store then immediately exiting but other than that it’s very annoying and it takes the enjoyment out of the game if yall at EA could get on this problem and fix it I would really appreciate it cause if not I will be deleting the game I’ve also reported on Xbox too but nothing has been resolved (cm edit - updated title for vis)4.2KViews12likes201CommentsUnable to access Ultimate Team at all
Hello, I suddenly cannot enter the Ultimate Team game mode. I was on it earlier around 1:30 PM with no issues. Around the time that today's Phenoms of the Week Content (Dillon Gabriel LTD) was released in the game, I have been unable to access the mode entirely. I can access every other mode in College Football 25, just not Ultimate Team. I am not the only one who has experienced this as others cannot enter the game mode as well. I have done two EA Help tickets and have done every trouble shooting possible. Restarting the game, console, power cycling, DNS change, deleting saves, reinstall, and database rebuilds. I've seen a few people have this issue but haven't been able to find a fix.. Every logo I try to upload gives me a "image failed validation" error message and it's literally a logo that I've used and uploaded prior. I can't create any new TeamBuilder teams because of this error message since no matter what I try, every image fails the validation. My logos are definitely not containing profanity at all or explicit in any way either, so that's not why. The size of the images isn't the issue either. I just can't upload any images anymore.
