Banned from FC Mobile Without Clear Reason – Need Help
Hello everyone, I’m writing here because I recently encountered an issue with my account in FC Mobile and I’m hoping someone from the community or support team can help or guide me. On April 3, 2026, at around 14:00, I tried to log into my account and received a message indicating that my account has been banned. Unfortunately, I do not understand the reason for this ban. I have always tried to follow the game’s rules and play fairly. This account is very important to me, and I have invested a significant amount of time (and also purchases) into building my team. Losing access like this is really frustrating, especially without knowing what caused it. I have already contacted support and sent them all the required details along with a screenshot of the error message. At the moment, I am waiting for their response. In the meantime, I wanted to ask: Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Were you able to recover your account? Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process or clarify the issue? Stuttering gameplay, worst than my name falking down the stairs sort of gameplay. Champs is all about oh look at me im that **bleep** all I can do is cutback and do **bleep** game play as im that **bleep** and I want to break fifa do bad. Ever since fifa went to fc its getting worst and worst every year. As you can see from the screenshots that I’ve won the cup, however the objective fails to register that. The objective that tracks wins is also bugged as it shows that I’ve only won 3/20 matches. That’s impossible because to win the cup you need to win 4 matches. Hi everyone, I’m stuck on the “New Beginnings – Featured Squad” challenge in FC 26. I’ve played every Squad Battle match, but the challenge still won’t complete. Because of this, I can’t move on to the next challenge or unlock the market, which is really frustrating. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Me and my teammates Getting disconnected mid game multiple times in a row(An error has occurred, and you are no longer synced with the online match) .We can’t find where the problem is . We chose the recommended server and everything , everybody is in the US . It’s been non stop can anyone help ? Dreamchasers Weekly Duel Rewards are not unlocking. First reward says it will unlock after X8 which I assume is completing and winning 8 Dreamchasers Duel Matches. I've completed/won 11 and it is still locked. Has this unlocked for anyone yet. I couple of days I was getting on FC26 per usual and I got this message that says “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more”. My wifi is completely fine- matter of fact, I can play ever single other game, I’ve tried a whole bunch of stuff just for it to finally work for no reason. I don’t get it, after the update it worked for a solid two days and now it says I can’t connect? EA fix your trash game! Has anyone experienced an issue on the UT store where your trying to claim evos but EA wont you claim them. Then the game shows you an error message and then you just get kicked out of the UT store as the EA wont let you claim them. This is an issue i'm experiencing and i've tried to claim the same 2 evos on the companion app but again its the same result. Terrible! The company doesnt deserve the money the get. İts fun to play, but there is lots of connection problems when i try to play ultimate football. İ am trying to play the game but the game doesnt let me play it. İ tried to play 5 times tonight and its loading loading and loading again. This week i was playing squad game, the game sent me off the match, i reported and nothing happened. İs ea team sleeping? Dont they play the game and see the faults? this is my first fc game i was able to play normaly from 2/8 to 3/29 .PC the game is unable to be connected o ea servers for more than 10 mins no matter what i do even if i stay on the main menu. started on march 30 with the update . i tried vpn dns cashes deleteed reinstall of the game new windows new drivers' nothing is working . i got the companion app and deleted the squads completed evos on triple threat by losing fast . the April 2 patch didnt change anything send an email no reply , asked on reddit and no one got an answer .14Views2likes0CommentsPersistent server issues.
