Loser force feedback and vibrations dual sense ps5
*"I want to know when you guys are going to fix the force feedback and vibration bug on PS5 controllers. It's ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed in ages. Why don't all the other platforms have this problem and the PlayStation does? Is it impossible to fix or is it just incompetence? A bug that completely ruins your fun."*MarcosG4421 hours agoRising Rookie11Views0likes0CommentsRequest for Better Modding Support in F1 25 + DLC
I'd like to make a suggestion regarding future updates and the DLC. If there aren't going to be many new gameplay features or content additions, I think it would be a great opportunity to give more freedom to the modding community. A large part of the F1 PC player base spends hundreds of hours in Career Mode, and many of us use mods to keep the experience fresh and immersive. The modding community has helped extend the lifespan of the F1 games for years by creating custom teams, liveries, helmets, suits, sponsors, and much more. At the moment, many of the car models and assets are heavily restricted, making it difficult or impossible to create high-quality mods. It would be amazing if future updates made the car models more editable and less limited. Better UV maps, fewer locked parts, and greater customization options would allow modders to create much higher-quality content. Supporting modding doesn't take anything away from the base game—it adds value to it. It keeps players engaged for much longer and helps build a stronger community around the game. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you'll consider giving the modding community more tools and freedom in future updates.14Views0likes0CommentsFP1 Rookie Sessions & End Of Season Rookie Test
This game feature idea for a future title should seriously be looked at as immersion can multiply tenfold. In driver career when you’re progressing through an F2 season with an enhanced reputation system, a random team from your chosen academy at the start of your career will ask you to take part in a FP1 session at any track on your F2 calendar, from which they will allow you to run chosen activities for them, in turn boosting the teams perspective of you and your chances of receiving contract offers with this specific team as your F2 season closes (think qualifying pace, race strategy, or any of the current practice programs). Completing the practice programs on offer that the team ask you to do in FP1 could give you a small handout of resource points used in car development (should you choose to sign with the same team) the following season. If you don’t sign with the same team you completed your successful tests with, then you do not receive the small handout of resource points. If your season is strong in F2 and you manage to dominate, half way through you can receive a special early-offer by a team either inside or outside your chosen academy. Guaranteeing your placement for the following season and bypassing the team selection screen altogether. A way to check on any proposals sent to your driver agent would be through the in-game mail system. This feature would make contract proposals and offers more decisive, and more challenging to work for by the player. It could bring lucrative opportunities and in turn provide even more depth within career mode. Hope you enjoyed reading this and i hope the devs at Codemasters really do consider this! :)7Views1like0CommentsEqual car performance = off for realism.
In our league, we decided to give it a try. We've probed that high performance cars in real F1 are reflected in the game. Hence Mercedes, Ferrari, McLarens are faster in game also. Does anyone know how quick Codemasters updates the algorithm to match performance against real F1 cars? Like now in real life the Aston Martins are faster. When shoul we expect this improvement on the game?36Views0likes1CommentIA des pilotes et aides à la conduite HS
(FUTURE GAME FEATURE IDEA) I was recently playing older F1 titles for nostalgia purposes and loaded F1 2016 up. I was immediately greeted with an absolutely fantastic soundtrack upon loading the game which definitely gives me goosebumps looking back at it. Brought my childhood back to me for sure. The theme for that specific game changed when you swapped menus in the game (going from the start menu to grand prix mode to career mode to time trial etc) and it would dynamically and audibly shift depending on which one you chose. Even when you chose a game mode and the game loaded in the background, there was a cool arpeggio sound that suddenly picked up and then faded which gave me chills. The idea is very simple - Is there anyway we could have a soundtrack like what we used to? A big part of the experience that keeps someone coming back is the sound design. I understand EA like having a licensed soundtrack in their game but the base theme is very underwhelming. Please consider for a future title!Reece_Dainty6 days agoSeasoned Rookie19Views1like0CommentsFIA Stewards & Investigation System
So the Hungarian Grand Prix got me thinking about a really authentic way to make the penalty system improved or more updates Like when Lewis Hamilton got a 5 second penalty for speeding in the pitlane it doesn't get applied immediately. It takes time, The game should reflect that. Overview The current penalty system applies decisions almost instantly, reducing realism and removing the uncertainty that exists during real Formula One races. This feature introduces a dynamic FIA Stewarding System where incidents are investigated before a decision is reached. Not every incident results in a penalty, and investigation times vary depending on the complexity of the event. The objective is to replicate the procedures seen during official FIA Formula One Grands Prix while ensuring gameplay remains clear and responsive Race Control When an incident occurs, Race Control displays one of several initial messages. Race Control Incident involving Car 21 and Car 14 noted. or > Incident between Car 21 and Car 14 under investigation. The notification provides no indication of fault, mirroring real FIA procedure. Steward Review Once an incident has been flagged, the game begins analysing multiple factors, including: Corner ownership Relative overlap Braking points Steering inputs Closing speed Racing line Previous warnings Track limits Weather conditions Visibility Mechanical damage Chain-reaction incidents involving multiple cars Investigation duration is variable. Simple incidents Approximately 20–40 seconds Standard incidents 1–3 laps Complex multi-car incidents Up to 5 laps The review can continue during Safety Car and Virtual Safety Car periods. Engineer Communication Engineers receive information from Race Control exactly as teams do in Formula One. Examples: > "Race Control have noted the incident." > "The stewards are reviewing that one." > "We've submitted our view. We'll wait for the decision." If a penalty is issued: > "You've received a five-second time penalty for causing a collision." If cleared: > "Stewards have taken no further action." Possible Outcomes Not every Investigation results in a penalty Possible decisions include: No Further Investigation No Further Action Racing Incident Warning Black and White Flag Five-Second Time Penalty Ten-Second Time Penalty Drive-Through Penalty Stop-Go Penalty Disqualification (for severe sporting or technical infringements) Each decision includes a written explanation based on the FIA Sporting Regulations Steward Report Following the race, players can access a complete Steward Report. Example: Lap 27 Cars Involved Car 21 Car 14 Decision Five-Second Time Penalty Reasoning Car 21 attempted an overtake into Turn 4 but failed to achieve sufficient overlap before turn-in. Contact was made with Car 14, forcing both cars off the racing surface. The stewards determined Car 21 was predominantly at fault and imposed a five-second time penalty for causing a collision. Available evidence includes: Broadcast replay Driver onboard cameras Aerial replay Telemetry comparison Steering and braking traces AI Stewarding The stewarding system applies equally to all competitors. AI drivers are investigated using the same rules as the player, ensuring consistent decision-making throughout every race weekend. Gameplay Settings Players may customise the system through the assists menu. Steward Realism Simplified Standard Simulation Decision Speed Immediate Broadcast Authentic Steward Consistency Lenient Balanced Strict Race Control Messages Minimal Standard Broadcast The uncertainty while waiting for a decision would add tension and make races feel much closer to a real Formula One weekend, where penalties are often issued several laps after an incident rather than immediately.73Views2likes3CommentsMalaysia joins the calendar!
I'm sure we all know that Malaysia will host the Bahrain Grand Prix in 2026. Malaysia hasn't been on the F1 calendar since 2017 so obviously, it hasn't been in the F1 game for several years. Considering the fact that the team is fully focused on F1 27 with F1 26 only being a DLC, is there any chance at all of Malaysia being added to the game? Even if it's a version of the track from years ago, I'm sure the players would love the track to return to the game this year. In my opinion: Codemasters will have to recreate the track for F1 27 anyway. So why not get it out of the way now and add it to 26? The only reason would be that F1 27 will be run on a different engine than to F1 26. What do you guys think? Should Malaysia be added to the game? COULD it be added to the game?237Views1like4Commentsdriver rating
There is still unrealistic rating. Please update the rating early to maintain motivation. Anyway, Williams is too fast. The team winning the points is almost only Mercedes, McLaren, Ferrari, Red Bull, Williams. It is not interesting. I can understand higher 4 teams, but Williams is too fast. Please update it for rating to give a chance of the point acquisition in Haas, racing Bulls, Audi. Speaking frankly, a fight for point is developed only in these 5 teams and is not interesting. The game itself is well-done with graphic or behavior or sound very much. It is a waste in this sense. I want to continue playing this game. Please update rating of Williams early.R_C-SEVEN210 days agoSeasoned Novice27Views0likes0CommentsAston Martin Update, Sepang track.
Seeing as the Aston Martin has updated the car when will it be patched into game. Will Sepang if a race happens this year be added maybe next year in 27 game if it looks like Classic cars are been added, some modern day classic tracks would be good aswell.64Views1like2CommentsF1 25 - force feedback bug
It's unacceptable that in 2026 you still haven't fixed this BUG on F1 25. THIS GAME CANNOT BE DECENTLY PLAYED IF THE FORCE FEEDBACK ON THE PS5 PAD RANDOMLY STOPS WORKING MID RACE This happens on some tracks like Baku, Australia, Hungary. THE ONLY WAY to make it work again is to go to vibration settings and disable/re-enable force feedback. But then after some corners it disappears again It's incredibile how after 1 year from the game release you didn't managed to fix this bug. Jesus, wirh codemasters I've never experienced anything like this. COME ON FFSake !!!!!!!!!!Mauro_cavani10 days agoSeasoned Newcomer25Views1like0CommentsRacenet 2026?
Are we going to get an updated Racenet for the 2026 cars? It only shows the 2025 Time Trial performance at the moment. Frustratingly, Racenet seems to be a really neglected feature for the game. It should be capable of so much more, and a lot of third party developers are putting Codemasters/EA to shame when it comes to using UDP features and telemetry. SimRacingSetups, P1 Telemetry and so many more apps provide users with even more telemetry detail than Racenet currently does, and they do it for every single session, not just Time Trail. P1 Telemetry even records every lap for every driver in the session for comparison. It provides you with really useful information on your tyre wear, fuel usage, ERS deployment behaviour, grip/G-force levels/steering input, and even analyses laps and tells you exactly where you are gaining and losing time. It shows a complete statistical breakdown of the entire race. This is all information that is readily available from the game's UDP Telemetry data. For 2026, it is more vital than ever to be able to see how and why your driving, deployment and LICO strategies are contributing to your laptime and race performance. This information is right there in the game, and yet it is being wasted by the developers. Can we look at expanding Racenet to all sessions? This would be a fantastic tool for Career modes and league racers to be improving their pace. It should be a great feature for practice sessions, especially since Time Trial is no longer relevant to race performance. I would even be happy to pay a subscription for this in the app. The other developers are charging for it, so why are Codemasters/EA leaving revenue on the table?47Views2likes0CommentsFuel levels
Playing 26 my team career on PS. Have noticed an issue between selecting the amount of fuel in pre-race screen and then it automatically bumping up a bit when you start the race. Say you select 18 laps of fuel, when you start the race it will initially show 18 laps on steering wheel then bump up by a few tenths, say 18.2 just before the race start sequence. Wondering if this could be related to fuel or other car developments. I do not have any fuel efficiency upgrades. Anyone else noticed this or have any thoughts as to why it happens? 🖖🏽26Views0likes0CommentsCareer mode qualy/race pace AI issue - question
I’m assuming others are changing the ai level between qualy and race to get around the ai pace difference? I’m wondering what sort of difference between to 2 people are running eg I’m running 99 in qualy and 106 race but think I need to up the race pace more. Must admit I’m getting a bit tired of it, thinking of going back to 25 where I did 3 seasons with one aim level and really enjoyed it.Darthsausage4412 days agoSeasoned Veteran78Views1like1CommentWDC Tiebreaker
So i've just finished my career inside of F125 (26 DLC) and Norris and Leclerc both finished on 263 points tied for P1 and i am curious on the tiebreaker if its like real life it should go off who has most wins but thats not what this is about so heres how it is. They had the same amount of Grand Prix P1s, P2s, P3s. However Norris had 2 P4's to Leclerc's 0 this should make Norris champion however in the celebration scene Leclerc was seen doing donuts and celebrating but in the standings screen Norris was presented as P1 im just wondering who actually won the title?Solvedimthemaddengod12 days agoRising Newcomer32Views1like1CommentF2 2026 roster
