Unable to Sprint in Career Mode Matches

Career Mode Which part of the mode? Player Career How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? How would I know? It’s your job to find out what’s going on, or why. It was your job in the first place to make sure these things rarely happen. What happens when the bug occurs? I get angry and feel the sudden urge to be violent and destructive. Wait, you mean in the game? Same. What should be happening instead? Normal gameplay. I thought I’d never get to say this, but this is worse than FC 24. At least 24’s basic functionalities were functioning. How do you expect me to play this game and to experience all of those your sugar-coated advertisement of exaggerated copy-and-pasted nonsense when the most basic stuff isn’t working properly? In Player Career Mode, during match, my player can’t sprint as if they are suppressed by the mediocre coding of your game. When they aren’t sprint, it doesn’t mean they are jogging. They just casually fast-walking. It gets worse even with the ball. Even that fast-walking is reduced to 30%, and it’s painfully slow. I tried everything. Changed settings, changed sliders, even started various new files, but none fixed this problem. It’s simple. It’s basic sprinting. Without it, this game is LITERALLY unplayable. How come you guys sit around your comfy desks doing nothing then release this pathetic excuse of a football game. How do you expect me to experience your glorified ‘new’ features when I can’t simply RUN. Do you guys know why sprinting is such important in football games? See, I have to RUN to chase the ball. I have to RUN to get into defensive positions. I have to RUN to make an attack. I do hope, in the closet time, you guys fix this most basic game-breaking problem. PLEASE.
Fc 25 career mode faults!!!
Fc25 faults Training plans are in affective as players don’t reach full fitness/sharpness when setting it to full. Tried manually aswell and it’s the same outcome! Tactical plans are completely broke as they change your players positions for instance your cm will go to rm when changing in between with/without the ball menus?!?! No goal stats for the season when your player scores a goal (prem) It doesn’t tell you how many levels your player has evolved/decreased over a season?!??!?!?!? so you have to take a picture at the start of the season to know…. MENTAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you’ve put all this great work into the youth academy changes there is no way of knowing how many levels they have evolved in a season, basic stuff!!!!!!!! In the media menus it doesn’t tell you who wins the player of the month award, it just tells you who’s up for it. I’ve noticed that in the pre kick off game animations formation my players (my wingers) are in the wrong position being that my lw is shown as a rw and my lw shown as a rw It doesn’t tell you in your emails/notifications when you receive a transfer request?! This means you miss out massively selling/loaning players!!!
FC 25 PRO CLUBS BUGS.
ATTENTION EA, PLEASE READ. ALL known GLITCHES with FC 25 pro clubs: 1. Playing as any and CAM will often start your pro in LB/LWB, and an ai LM/RM in CAM. 2. Playing a back 5 formation will start an ai LB/RB in CB and generally many ai players in wrong position, such as an ai LM in cm. 3. Changing the preferred foot of customisable ai players does not correspond in game. Within a game, ai players have a different preferred foot to the one you chose and as stated on the menu’s. For example, left footed right back. 4. Customising AI player faces within a club does not correspond in game. Many customised AI faces revert back to a kind of default looking Asian face despite how it has been modified and appears in the menu’s. 5. When matching with another team whether through divisions of friendlies, a player is often unable to make it to the opponent found page and is locked out, forcing the team to play without one of their players. 6. Large majority of PC players utilise cheats, such as making the AI players in their club 99 rated, with more than two gold + traits … there will be more but these are what I’ve experienced, pictures available to help showcase problems if needed.
EA FC 25 unable to save formation for career mode
Had tried to change formation and tactic in setting to use in player career mode but everyime I tried to start new player career mode my custom formation is not availble but only being stuck with ea's default formation. Had tried to delete the default formation but seems the issue remains.
Fc 25 Youth Academy
Hey fc, in career mode & in particular the youth academy, a lot of newly scouted players will have exactly the same type of face I.e the eyebrows are always pointed down with an alien shaped head. It’s like playing a team that are all clones. & also scouting a Target forward specifically wanting someone who can head the ball being a striker, their Head- accuracy is near rated 10 while others are way higher. This is also the same with a goalkeeper, their diving is between 1-15 whereas their kicking is 55-60. and lastly is it correct that no youth player scouted is higher overall than a 65 or so as it’s virtually impossible to scout a proper wonder kid. Thank you, looking forward to future updates, keep up the good work. Definitely great steps being taken in career mode this year.Please let us add/train playstyles in Career Mode
I love the introduction of playstyles, but it can be so much better if we can add them/train players to obtain them. Playstyles are such an important aspect of the game and it is extremely disappointing that we can’t train our players to have playstyles/playstyle+. In FC24 we had the playstyle training glitch and it was one of them best features in the game (adding playstyles to any players). I played FC24 more than any other FIFA because of this glitch. I sincerely hope EA find a way to add the ability for players to obtain playstyles and playstyle+ in the future.
Be careful! Crazy new save system for career!
I just want to warn everyone playing manager career of the stupid, horrible and absolutely unnecesary new save system they created. I didnt know about it until it was late. The game now forcefully autosaves your manual saves and for example even if you quit the game and select "quit without saving" the game still autosaves your manual saves and overwrite it. I saved the game manually, then wanted to test some sliders and stuff and i jumped forward few games, messed with settings etc and then i quit the game and wanted to load the manual save and contine playing for real with settings i tuned in the testing only to discover the save is gone and overwritten by the autosave. There are now two special types of saves, one whole new area called control points, where it says it wont overwrite your saves, but if you save there, you dont see date, time, nothing so you can just guess which one to load. Absolutely crazy messy system, i am playing games for more than 30 years and i have never seen anything so weird. So always save two times when you want to save the game, once, and then again second time immediately on another slot, so the autosaves ruin the second slot and the first (should) be ok.Players submitting transfer requests
I’ve had key 3 players now that have missed a handful of games due to fatigue towards the end of the season who have now submitted a transfer request. One of which I only signed that season. Baring in mind I’m 4 in the league, in the FA Cup final and Champions League semi Final. Was really enjoying this game and the season I was playing. What the heck.
Why is my pro clubs ai defending and passing so bad?
My AI defence is so bad every game, while my opponents are really solid, they refuse to tackle the ball, keep missing passes to other AIs, get caught out of position all the time even though i tell them to stay back while attacking and pass directly to the other team. I've tried different tactics, I'm currently running 4-2-3-1 attacking and they suck, it's completely unplayable. PS. they also seem to for some reason do 180's every time I call for a pass and then most of the time they straight up ignore me and then lose the ball

Dynamic Potential Completely Broken
I spent a ton of hours scouting youth players that we "exact" players that I wanted for my team all of my starting 11 "HAD POTENTIAL TO BE SPECIAL" which is 90+ overall after my first season 2 players aren't even "Showing great potential" which means they wont reach a 80. 6 are only "Showing great potential" 80-85. and only 3 are "Exciting Prospect" 85-89. None of them not even 1 are still Has The Potential To Be Special. I know that amount of matches and match rating can effect this changing from season to season. However I play to just have fun and most all of my offensive players average 9.5 or higher for the hole season with over 50+ appearances. And my defensive players all averaged 8.6-9 for the whole season with over 45-50 appearances. Obviously these numbers aren't realistic which is all the more reason that every single player on my team should still have "The Potential To Be Special." I know that you can save the game right before the season switches and you get that next season loading screen I did this and reloaded into my second season several times to see if it was different any of the times but it wasn't every single player on my team had there potential completely tanked. This needs to be fixed, and honestly I with they would just remove it all together its a dumb feature if your scouting players and you know there Max potential that shouldn't be able to change. Yes some players might never reach a "Deemed Potential" this is the case in real life, but the Potential shouldn't be affected. An example that I can think of in the real world would be Christian Pulisic. He had so much hype coming out of the states at 17-18 years old and really hadn't amounted to much till half way through last season. He is 26 now and really just seems to be a "late bloomer". This is just one example I'm sure there are tons that have happened around the world.
FC 25 Youth Academy Fixes
As a long-term FIFA faithful since the days of yore (circa FIFA 97), EA, I beg you, the Youth Academy is broken and it needs fixed. 4 small fixes that will result in a huge impact for those of us on Career Mode. Fix attribute bug (low heading, diving, etc) Allow us to edit the faces (and names) of Cranium players within Career Mode. Allow players to grow/change physically up til the age of 21 Expand the naming pools for newly added nations Yours sincerely, Career Mode Mains
Change player position
Hello. A month ago I complain that on career mode you can´t change player positions, you have a fix tactic and players must play in a position. You can´t move players and change their positions, you can't do your own tactic. Is this still the same? I haven't played since then and I think is easy to change it and fix it like it was on EA FC 24 and any other Fifa, If I want a 4-2-3-1 with wingers instead of midfielders why I can´t do it? It's unplayable to me if this is not fixed. Thank you.Career Mode - Can't change player position to CDM
Thought that maybe I couldn't change a certain player, but it's with most players. From the development section, to change any player position to CDM isn't an option, it works sometimes if the players have it as a secondary position and on some central midfielders, but it won't appear for most other players. But every other position does appear so it's not a matter of you can't change a fullback into a CDM, when I have the option to change them to striker. Not sure if it's a bug or some other issuePlayer Career - Injured for 3 months!!!
My first season in FC25 and my player gets injured for 3 months from January to April for a “torn quadriceps muscle”. ! I know you try to make the game realistic but completely unplayable during 3-months in game time? Surely, I should be able to play as my team, even if I’m not in the squad - otherwise what’s there to keep me coming back? Here are the bugs associated with it that don’t reflect reality: - My player is still provided with training sessions? - My player is still available for international selection, even though I’m not able to play those games. - No messages from the agent regarding the injury - carries on as if I’m still playing and available for selection each game - A torn quadricep muscle usually takes 6 weeks of recovery time before light training can resume. 3 whole months in the most crucial part of the season is frankly absurd. I have played player career mode in FIFA 22, 23, FC24 and now FC25 - and this is by far the worst!
