Unable to pack any value players from September
Your pack probability is the worst. I’m a Division 2 player and an 11-win Champs player. Just now, I got 10 wins in Champs, and the rewards are the worst I’ve ever seen in the FIFA series. I didn’t get a single good player—not even a 100k-value player. We are not asking for Mbappé or Ronaldo cards, but at least you could give a 100k-value player, right? I’m not even able to pack TOTW players—it’s crazy. Because of this, I’m not able to complete SBCs or upgrades. I’m still playing with Rashford Gold EVO and Estevão UCL Primetime as attackers, and it’s already April. What is this??? It’s very frustrating to play this game. At least release EVOs for 88 and 89-rated players. Most EVOs are capped at 87. Are you serious? You’re still expecting us to use 87-rated players? There’s no motivation left to play this game after seeing today’s Champs and pack rewards. It’s enough. Hi there , On feb 4th 6 pm I submitted an upgrade sbc having a 80 rated gold Pedro Neto but just realised my evo version of the Pedro Neto is also gone (88 rated and rarity is not gold so no way possible I put this version in sbc) . I have spent a lot of for those evo chains and all in vain. I spoke to multiple advisors from a EA and it was accepted as a bug. There are case after case being raised with no progress . I have not received an update or fix till date ! This is a weird scenario and totally disappointing that such things can happen and no one bats an eye. It’s been 3 weeks now. platform : PS5 attaching the evo chain to this thread.

Hi! I have a problem. I bought fifa 25 standard edition for ps4&ps5. When I want to upgrade to Ultimate Team it tells me that the store is not available. This has been happening to me for a week and I deleted profiles the first time, I checked the connection and it still doesn't work.Btw i have ps4 and ps plus please help me!No UT OBJECTIVES. I have Fc25 , after November 2025, I'm not seeing any UT objectives and any new players upgrade evolution. All objectives shown are only seasonal old one and milestone and foundation. Since then, no SP points , no objectives showing up.GAME ON THE "LEGEND" DIFFICULTY LEVEL
what are the difficulty levels in the game, it's impossible to play on "legend" - it's literally a cheating mode for the computer team, where players perform unnatural movements that a regular player could never replicate. The game literally breaks itself by preventing you from winning. THE GAME OF **bleep**Hit daily XP cap. Can no longer complete season pass and trophies.
Hit the daily XP Cap today, and since there are no more objectives, I can no longer obtain the one season wonderful trophy. I put hundreds of pounds into these games every year but the lack of care that goes into them is alarming. I started a live chat but was met with a generic response of ‘we’re looking into it’, despite it being a 4 month old issue. I’ve put hours into getting these trophies. please EA help with this. It really makes me not want to play these games anymore.

I’m having serious matchmaking issues in EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team on PS4. I haven’t been able to find a single online match for over a week. Matchmaking keeps failing even though my internet connection is working, and I can play other modes like Clubs and Friendlies. My details: Platform: PS4 Location: Nigeria NAT Type: Type 2 ISP: Airtel Issue: Cannot find Ultimate Team matches (Rivals/Friendlies/Champs) I’ve restarted my console and router, changed DNS settings, and tested my connection, but the problem persists. Platform: PS5 Game Mode: Ultimate Team – Season Ladder Issue: Season Points (SP) were not awarded after completing and claiming objectives while the hourly SP cap message was active (was not notified of cap until i went to look at claiming rewards) Details: - Multiple objectives that explicitly reward SP were completed and claimed. The Season Ladder did not advance at all and i did not get any SP - Waited hours, restarted the game multiple times. - SP never applied retroactively. - Objectives remain marked as “Completed / Claimed”. Expected Result: SP should be awarded once the hourly cap resets, or objectives should not allow claiming while SP is capped. Actual Result: SP appears to be permanently lost/suppressed. I’m located in Nigeria, Africa, and I’m having ongoing issues finding matches in Ultimate Team. No matter the time of day or game mode, matchmaking either takes extremely long or fails completely. My internet connection is stable, NAT type is open, and other online games work fine. Hello, really hoping someone can help. I am trying to play fc 26 on the Xbox x, I previously bought and played this game on the Xbox one with no issues. Smart delivery has not worked and the series x is not recognising I have the rights to this game. Although I do and have checked this which the order confirms. I am using the same account which I used to originally purchase the game. I have managed to transfer the game from the Xbox app on my phone onto the Xbox account on the tv and now it is saying it is not installed and asking if I have the rights to the game. I have tried a hard reset and this has not worked. Are there any others suggestions please?
