Lost my player
Hello EA Support, I want to clarify that the player was received as a Compensation reward. I did NOT use the player in exchange, rank up, or training. I played matches with the player after receiving him. After a small update, the player disappeared automatically from my account. This is not a user mistake. This appears to be a bug or sync issue. Hello EA Support Team, I am unable to log in to my FIFA Mobile account and I keep receiving the following message: "Account Locked – Error Code: 0x00102710" The message says the lock is temporary for a few hours, but it has been much longer and the account is still locked. I was playing fc mobile the other day when ea suddely banned me. Then i tried to see reason of ban but no violations in the website. Strange rigth? I contacted many advisors still keep on twisting copy paste answers. I have 2 cases no one can solve. I will loose the free 2x 117 and 1000 rank up points. EA pls fix this , unban me and dont think i am not serious. I will seroiusly do something. Falsely Ban. The screen shots of proof will be above.
