Through Pass Button issue #FixtheBug

Own Goal Bug - Player Scored Into My Own Net Automatically (Video Attached)
Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team, I encountered a strange bug during a match in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. While the opponent sent the ball towards their own half, one of my players automatically kicked the ball into my own goal with no input or control from me. It was completely unintentional and resulted in an own goal that affected the match result. This looks like a clear bug. I have attached the screen recording of the incident so you can see exactly what happened. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. Hey everyone, We've just launched the new FC Mobile Limited Beta and a big focus point is on the introduction of PlayStyles. Some of you might already be familiar with them from FC 26. PlayStyles add more depth to player attributes, moving beyond overall ratings to highlight the specific on-pitch abilities that set players apart. Each PlayStyle directly influences gameplay in their own way. In this Beta we are testing 18 PlayStyles that have been pre-assigned across attacking, defending, and goalkeeping roles. More details with explanations of what each PlayStyle is about can be found here. We’d love to hear your thoughts on what you think of them. Do PlayStyles feel noticeable during gameplay? Which ones stand out the most? Are there any that feel too strong or not impactful enough? Do you think they make players feel more unique? Hi EA team, After spending time on both the current version of FC Mobile and the recent beta, I wanted to share some detailed gameplay feedback based on actual experience. First, I want to highlight something positive from the beta. The improvement in how pace is represented especially for taller players is a big step in the right direction. In the current version, taller players often feel significantly slower and less responsive than their stats suggest, which creates an unrealistic imbalance. In the beta, pace feels more aligned with player attributes, and fast players regardless of height actually feel fast. That’s a great improvement and should definitely be maintained. However, there are also areas that need attention. One major concern is joystick dribbling in the beta. Compared to the current gameplay, dribbling feels slower and more clunky, which reduces responsiveness and overall control. This takes away from the fluidity of attacking play. I strongly suggest refining this before full release, as smooth dribbling is a core part of gameplay satisfaction. Another issue exists in the current version and affects certain users: inconsistency in pace and acceleration for fast players. For example, players like Vinicius Jr., who should feel extremely quick, sometimes do not perform to their expected speed levels. This becomes especially noticeable when using skill moves like “Step Over and Exit,” which are supposed to trigger a pace boost. In some cases (including mine), the expected acceleration boost doesn’t activate properly, while in other players’ gameplay it works as intended. This suggests a possible bug or inconsistency across devices or accounts. This needs to be addressed so that gameplay is fair and consistent for everyone. More generally, player stats should always translate accurately into gameplay. If a player has very high acceleration or pace stats, they should feel fast in all situations regardless of height or build. Gameplay should reflect attributes reliably, not conditionally. Additionally, it would be a great feature to include a detailed player statistics section within the game. For example, being able to track how many goals a player has scored, how many assists they’ve provided, and how many Man of the Match awards they’ve earned while in a user’s team. Hello EA Sports Team, I would like to share feedback regarding Hoeneß (OVR 117) in FC Mobile. Currently, his available positions do not fully reflect his attacking capabilities and playing style. Considering his offensive attributes, I believe Hoeneß deserves an alternate position as a Striker (ST). Adding this position would provide more flexibility for players to use him in different formations and maximize his effectiveness in the attacking line. This change would not only improve gameplay experience but also make the game more realistic in representing player abilities. I hope the team can consider this suggestion in a future update. I was playing fc mobile the other day when ea suddely banned me. Then i tried to see reason of ban but no violations in the website. Strange rigth? I contacted many advisors still keep on twisting copy paste answers. I have 2 cases no one can solve. I will loose the free 2x 117 and 1000 rank up points. EA pls fix this , unban me and dont think i am not serious. I will seroiusly do something. Falsely Ban. The screen shots of proof will be above. Played my first match as Bayern and Real Madrid played really slowly. Scored at will. At the end of the game, I noticed that I received no reward. Went to look and all the other game reward boxes are empty. I’m now short the 100 tokens for the first game and have no way of earning tokens. Appears to be a system wide bug because others are similarly reporting the same online. Please fix and send me the tokens for the game I played. Dear EA Community Managers and Support Team, I am writing this post as a last resort because I have spent over a week stuck in a loop of automated responses and being dismissed by the standard chat support. As a loyal player who has invested heavily in this game (over 700€ to build my 123 OVR team), my current experience is being massively damaged by a single UI-related mistake and the subsequent lack of human assistance. The Incident: On March 30, 2026, at 20:18, I packed two of my most valuable duplicate players (117 Kimmich and 116 Carragher). Just a few minutes later, at 20:25, while navigating the cluttered and often confusing Exchange UI, I accidentally selected them for the "03 Extra Time" Exchange. Because the interface does not sufficiently distinguish between 110 OVR fodder and elite 116/117 OVR items during the bulk-selection process, this grave error happened in a split second. The Proof of Intent: I received 44,050 03 Extra Time Tokens in total for this accidental exchange. I want to emphasize that these tokens remain completely untouched in my account. I have not used them because I never intended to make this trade. They are sitting there as 100% proof that this was a mistake. I am more than willing to have these tokens removed from my account in exchange for the return of my two players. The Support Struggle: I have opened multiple tickets, sent emails, and spent hours in chats (latest Case #241598987) with no success. Each time, I am met with scripted answers telling me "exchanges are final." However, on April 2nd, an agent named Abhishek promised a specialist review. Since then, I have been ignored or told to "just wait," while the clock is ticking. The Deadline: This is not just about the loss of the players. Because these duplicates are missing, I am unable to complete the Valverde Exchange, which expires tomorrow. If this is not resolved today, I will lose the opportunity to get a card I have spent a lot of money and time preparing for. My Criticism of the System: It is unacceptable that the UI allows for such a high-stakes error without additional safeguards or a "lock" mechanism for high-OVR duplicates. Treating a 110 OVR card and a 116/117 OVR card as the same in a selection environment is a massive design flaw that punishes dedicated players. I am not asking for a free handout; I am asking for a manual correction of a documented UI error for a high-value customer. I expect a human response and a resolution that reflects the level of investment I have put into your product. I am experiencing an issue where the shooting/passing/force run guideline (arrow/trajectory indicator) is not appearing during gameplay. This feel weird. Expected Behavior: When performing actions like shooting, passing, or force run, a visible guideline/arrow should appear to indicate the direction and trajectory. Actual Behavior: No guideline or arrow appears when I shoot, pass, or force run. Additional Information: The guideline feature was working normally when I played the beta version.
