Galaxy A72: Severe Frame Drops in FC 25 (CPU at Max Level 5 & Cool Temp)
Since Update 26, I am experiencing major frame drops during H2H matches and training sessions on my Galaxy A72 (Snapdragon 720G). I have already performed a system Wipe Cache Partition and cleared game cache, but the issue persists. Technical Proof (Attached Image): I am attaching a combined screenshot from Samsung's Thermal Guardian which proves the following: CPU Performance: The CPU is consistently running at Level 5 (Maximum Power) during the frame drops. Thermals: The device temperature is well below the thermal threshold. This confirms that the issue is NOT related to thermal throttling or hardware limitations, but rather a software optimization bug with the new update on this specific chipset. I couldn't write in the league for no reason! Suddenly, without warning, any message I send in the league often turns out like this: (####). Although I didn't do anything wrong, I contacted customer service more than once, but it didn't help. To the FC Mobile developers, What the hell did you do to this game? Seriously — FC Mobile used to be fun. It used to feel rewarding, fair, and actually enjoyable. Now it’s a complete mess. You managed to take something that worked and turn it into absolute garbage. The gameplay feels worse, progression is ruined, everything is built around squeezing money instead of giving players a good experience. Events are boring, mechanics are broken, and the whole game feels soulless compared to what it used to be. It’s honestly impressive how badly you messed it up. Before, I wanted to play. Now it feels like a chore — or worse, a scam wrapped in a football game. Whoever is making these decisions clearly doesn’t play the game or doesn’t care about the community at all. You had a solid product. You destroyed it yourselves. Do better. Or at least stop pretending you listen to players. Since 2 days my game is not opening and when it did today for a while it keeps freezing on the loading screen or whenever I want to exchange a pack or anything else. I have an iPhone 15 and an IOS 26 public beta software. This has been happening since 2 days and when I finally get to play today, it keeps crashing and freezing again and again now I can’t even open my game again. Hello EA Support, I’m really frustrated and disappointed with my experience. From the very beginning of the Premier League event and the Glorious event, I spent around 150,000 gems and 6,000–7,000 points. After spending all of this, the best player I received was only 114 OVR. What makes this worse is that many other players received 115 OVR players from the same packs, including the 3,500-point pack. You claim that pack luck is the same for everyone, but based on my results, this clearly does not feel fair. With the amount of gems and points I invested, I realistically should have received at least one or two 115-rated players. Right now, my account feels pack-locked, and it seems like the drop rates are not working properly for me. I kindly ask you to review my account and pack history and fix this issue if there is any problem affecting my pack luck. This situation is extremely discouraging and makes me lose motivation to continue playing the game. Thank you for your time and support. Best regards Please fix this pack lock issue on my account. Right now, not only is my pack luck extremely bad, but even when I try to convert the players I get into Extra Tokens, the results feel unfair as well. At the very least, please fix the Extra Token pack luck, because I want to use the players I already pulled and get proper value from them. I spent a huge amount of gems and points on this game, and this money was not easy to earn or just found randomly. After all this spending, getting low outcomes everywhere makes no sense. If the main packs can’t be adjusted, then at least make sure the Extra Token system is working correctly and fairly on my account. I am having an issue joining the league. Whenever I try to join one it says error 10000 and says use a reliable connection. I have tried several ways trying to troubleshoot the problem. Hello EA Support, I have an issue with my EA SPORTS FC Mobile account. Details: I reinstalled EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my Android device. Previously, my main account was first logged in with Google and then linked to an EA Account. After reinstalling, the game automatically logs me into a new account and there is no logout option in the settings.
