3rd anniversary top duos final match bug
3rd Anniversary Top Duos final match appears excessively difficult / potentially bugged. The match starts at 0–2 at halftime against a 115 OVR opponent, while the player is given a significantly weaker preset team. I’ve attempted this match over 15 times and the difficulty appears disproportionately high compared with the preceding matches. Please investigate the match difficulty/AI and whether the event is functioning as intended.(And also I’ve been playing this game for 3 years now, ovr 126)

FC Mobile After Update: Heavy Gameplay, Online Lag & Overheating
I want to raise serious feedback about the current state of FC Mobile. After the recent update, the overall gameplay and performance have become noticeably worse. ONLINE LAG ACROSS ALL MODES This is not only an H2H issue. I am experiencing lag and inconsistent performance across: Head to Head (H2H) VS Attack (VSA) Manager Mode The connection/ping can suddenly fluctuate even when using a stable 4G or 5G connection. A match can start normally and suddenly become laggy, heavy or unresponsive. In H2H, this causes delayed passing, shooting, sprinting, defending and player switching. In VS Attack, players react late to commands and chances can feel delayed. This is especially frustrating because every second matters. Even Manager Mode has performance or connection issues despite the match being mainly AI-controlled. MATCHMAKING FAILED BUT MATCH STILL STARTS Sometimes the game displays “Matchmaking Failed”, making it look like no opponent was found. However, the match can still start afterward. If matchmaking actually failed, the match should not start. If an opponent was successfully found, the game should not display a failure message. Please investigate the synchronization between matchmaking, the server and what is displayed to the player. PHONE GETS EXTREMELY HOT FC Mobile is also making my phone extremely hot while playing, particularly during online matches. This happens when playing H2H, VS Attack and Manager Mode. Please investigate the game’s optimization, resource usage and performance. The amount of heating while playing FC Mobile is concerning. HEAVY GAMEPLAY AND SLOW PLAYERS The gameplay suddenly feels extremely heavy. Players with very high pace and acceleration do not feel like their actual stats. Fast attackers sometimes struggle to accelerate or create separation from players who should be considerably slower. Sprinting, turning, changing direction and dribbling all feel heavier and less responsive. Making gameplay slower or more realistic is one thing. Making players feel like they have lost their pace, acceleration and responsiveness is completely different. INPUT DELAY AND SLOW REACTIONS There are situations where commands do not happen immediately. Passing, shooting, sprinting, skill moves and player switching can all feel delayed. Sometimes a player takes an unnecessary touch before performing the command. In competitive online matches, even a small input delay can completely change the situation. AI MOVEMENT AND POSITIONING AI positioning also feels inconsistent. Midfielders and defenders sometimes leave the areas they are supposed to cover. Attackers do not always make logical runs, and players can move away from the positions expected from the selected formation. Sometimes it feels like I am fighting against my own team’s movement instead of simply playing against my opponent. INCONSISTENT GAMEPLAY BETWEEN MATCHES One match can feel smooth and responsive. The very next match, using the same device and internet connection, can suddenly feel slow, heavy and delayed. This makes it difficult to understand whether the problem is coming from the servers, matchmaking, connection or gameplay. PLEASE INVESTIGATE These issues are affecting the overall FC Mobile experience: H2H lag and responsiveness VS Attack lag and responsiveness Manager Mode performance Matchmaking Failed appearing even though the match still starts Unstable or fluctuating ping Excessive device heating Game optimization and resource usage Heavy or sluggish player movement Pace and acceleration not matching player attributes Delayed passing and shooting Delayed player switching Slow response to controls AI positioning and movement Inconsistent gameplay between matches FC Mobile should reward good team building, player attributes, tactics and player skill. When high-rated players feel heavy and slow, controls are delayed, online modes lag, matchmaking gives incorrect errors and the phone becomes extremely hot, it takes away from the entire experience. Please investigate the overall gameplay, online servers, matchmaking and device optimization. These issues are making the current FC Mobile experience extremely frustrating.

Subject: FC Mobile 27 Gauntlet Issue – Players Locked After Completing the Event
Hello EA FC Mobile Support Team, I’m reporting an issue with the Gauntlet event in FC Mobile 27. I successfully completed the Gauntlet mission/event, but afterwards the event disappeared from the Live Events section. The players and shards associated with the Gauntlet are still stuck/locked in my account, and I’m unable to release, sell, or use those players normally. I have already submitted a report about this issue, but after waiting for around 3 weeks, the problem still hasn’t been resolved and I haven’t received a clear update. I’m trying to build my team and save my resources to get Cristiano Ronaldo, so having these players permanently locked is preventing me from managing my squad and resources properly. Please investigate my account and restore the affected players/shards or provide a way to release them. I would really appreciate it if this could be resolved as soon as possible. Player Glitch
My players are incorrectly showing “In Lineup” in Star Signings. 124 OVR Del Piero and 125 OVR Singo. They are not in any Squad, Game Plan, or 3rd Anniversary Gauntlet lineup. I removed by 118 ovr cb gvardiol of worlds game event from all my lineups as well as all of my gaunlet lineups .i removed him from my substitutes too.still in star signings exchange it shows "in lineup" .how can I fix this ?

Suggestion: Revamp of VSA
When I play VSA, I find that some of the so called "good chances" can be left a bit wanting. I propose a new game structure to VSA that will make the gameplay better. I also find that so Remove the overall time limit Implement a time limit per chance i.e. 10 seconds Make the number of chances equal for both players i.e. 10 chances each Actually make "good" chances good instead of bordering on basic chances Split the team between defence and attack, so defensive players are set to defend and attacking position attack Only end a chance early if it is calculated that the player cannot score in the allotted time limit per chance rather than if the ball is still in play and becomes a fifty fifty... To explain this one better, I have had opportunities in VSA where I can still score but the chance ends Make match-making as close to OVR as possible also taking into account win streaks, within 2 division of each player. I think this is important as pitting a higher OVR player against a much weaker OVR player decreases the sustainability of the player base, and not deter newer players with lower OVR teams (this can extend to manager mode and H2H... and I am the proverbial turkey voting for Xmas with this one as I am garbage at H2H) I personally think this would make VSA a better experience as it is the division rival mode that I think most play.

Gameplay lost connection
I'am writing this email to express my deep frustration regarding a persistent issue with unexpected disconnections during gameplay in EA Sports FC Mobile. I really enjoy playing this game, but the current state of gameplay is extremely unplayable for me. Out of 10 matches I play, I experience a lost connection in almost every single one. This issue occurs consistently despite taking all recommended troubleshooting steps on my end: Wi-Fi Connection: I am connected to a high-speed, stable Wi-Fi network. Internet connectivity is not an issue with any other application or online service. Graphics Settings: I have already lowered my in-game graphics settings to the absolute minimum to optimize performance and stability, yet the sudden disconnections continue to happen during matches. Because of these continuous disconnections, I am losing matches unfairly, forfeiting rank points, and losing progress that I have worked hard to achieve. It is extremely disappointing to put time and effort into the game only to lose progress due to server or stability issues beyond my control. Additionally, I would like to bring your attention to the increasing presence of cheaters/hackers in the game, which further ruins the competitive experience for fair players. I strongly urge the development team to take stricter measures and improve anti-cheat systems. Please look into these server connection issues and optimize game stability as soon as possible. I hope to see a resolution or an update addressing these matters swiftly so that players can enjoy a fair and stable gaming experience. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
