hello, i purchased Year End Deals packages few minutes later but I didnt received this packages, and also I had 2.19 from Google deducted from my account but I don't know why. Hello EA, when I started my account I could not make an account because there was a bug or a problem, so I entered as a guest. Now my team is 117 but something happened with my Ipad, it was all black and white and glitched lines were on the screen and it is not working and I must buy a new Ipad. “After the recent event reset, my division was reset from [division] to World Class. Since then, matchmaking consistently pairs me with FC Champion–level opponents, which does not align with World Class matchmaking rules. This appears to be a ranking or matchmaking bug. No issues with my home wi-fi, but the last 3-4 weeks , about 80% of my H2H matches have been unplayable due to heavy lag. Plays for a few seconds, freezes, speeds up through what I apparently missed, then playable for a few seconds before repeating. My account can't leave the league. I should be the owner of the league. But this bug made me a member. Attached in the screenshot. I can't leave the league because I have to delete the league first or have to transfer the owner status to someone else. But this can't be done because the next screenshot shows my position as a member.
