Bug Report: Ads appearing over the top of games blocking gameplay.
This is not isolated to one game. Every game I have tried today has had the same problem. Screenshots included. The ads appear to be breaking their frames. They are appearing over the top of the games and interfering with gameplay. so my Mahjong sanctuary is locked with the detective parrot, keeps popping up and locking the freaking game. for weeks now, I can not do my badges it wont let me do anything. Fix your dam game Pogo, or you will have no buying customers. This is insane the only thing I think you can do is run our credit card to get out money.rigged games
you need to change your algorithm in your canasta game, no matter who I play human wise, I never get red 3's or win the game ever. I beat the computers over and over but no matter when I play humans I lose every game and not by 100 pts, by thousands of points, I play computers on the highest level, yet humans I play on beginner and loose. Impossible unless its rigged that way. If that is the case I will not be rejoining Pogo when My subscription is up for renewalPogo, Tile hero
Pogo sure doesn't care about it's customers! If they did then they would listen to all of us and realize they are going to lose money because a lot of people will cancel their membership. If we can't get support and help for games that need to be fixed, then no reason to keep paying money to play ! They can go in these games and put up all these pop up ads wanting us to buy more lives & such just to get us to spend more money on these games, but seems they won't fix the games when something goes wrong!Tile Hero Not Working - July/August 2026
I know that they already have something up about it not loading, but mine "loaded" the other day and it said it couldn't load user data and started me over at Level 1. However it won't move past the screen where you can 'help' the person in the story. It says I need 1 star to do a task but won't actually give me any stars to move forward. It's literally been stuck on this screen for days, and I haven't been able to do any of the challenges for this game. Is anyone else having this issue?It's obvious they could not care less....
Mahjong sanctuary is dopey looking as it is. On top of that it has not been working properly in at least 5 years, people have complained multiple times, and yet the problem still persists. Why pay lots of money for memberships and gems when they ignore the players legitimate concerns? They make it entirely too difficult to report technical issues, and it took forever to find this "start discussion" button camouflaged in blue on top of a blue background, much less using a ridiculous forum to report anything. Shame on POGO and EA for having horribly and inexcusable subpar technical support.
A possible lead on Tile hero issue.
i like many others are unable to play the game and are stuck at a tutorial screen with lady and baby even though we are well beyond that part. i switched browsers, cleaned cookies and cache, restarted many times, made sure all is updated...and nothing. i havnt been able to play for 2 weeks. i tried to see if it would work not logged in....and yes. i was able to play the game if i was logged out of my pogo account. it just said register or login at top and i was able to play the game just fine. so i feel it may have something to do with recording progress for the account and it bugged somewhere. as soon as i logged back in, it went back to not working and stuck on same screen. i like playing the game but i also want the progress and badges to count to my account. i wonder if anyone else tried to do this as well and check if they could play if logged out? ive tried to contact support but all i get is a robot ai program that doesnt understand what im saying. pogo name-Ryokogirl82, win 10, firefox and chrome
Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.Canasta does not play nice
Why is it when you are playing against a live person and when it is their turn they let the time play out and Pogo does not ask me if I want to extend their time? The game just sits and that player does not make a move. I wait a considerable amount of time and then choose to stand and it takes my points away - NOT FAIR!!!!!!Card Scramble Viola's Diner Game 2-54
Card Scramble Viola's Diner Game 2-54 The game won't record my win on this level. I get all the hands and points it requires and the game just keeps going until every card is used. Then it just stops and doesn't give me any rewards, nor does it go on to next levelCAN'T CHOOSE MY REWARD
This comes up saying, lmk4359, it's time to choose your Club Pogo Monthly Rewards. I click on the button to choose my reward, and it goes to a blank screen saying something broke, to try again later. This is been going on for atleast a week, and can't get my reward. Please resolve this issue.
