Monopoly Sudoku: Error when Purchasing Upgrades - Code: PCE-7 - May 2026
Good afternoon, I have one last property to upgrade to move on to the next city. I currently have (for the third time today) $365,458,200 and need $364,500,0000 to upgrade the last property. When I click on the Upgrade button, I keep getting an error that says - An Unknown error has occurred, please try again. Error Code: PCE-7. When I try again, my money total has decreased and I have to play several more games to get it back up to the Upgrade amount. I have done this 4 times today and can't get the last property to move onto the next city. What's going on?Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. Thank you for any help you can give

I bought the chapter bundle in solitaire home for 33 gems and did not get it and Monopoly Sudoku for 2 days I spent gems on chance cards and did not get them plus it over charged me for them so I need 180 gems back from that. The games are really sucking lately. When you buy extra powerups it takes your gems but doesn't let you use the powerups until you go out of the game and come back in. This has been going on for over a week now and can't seem to leave a Post on this. In Solataire Home Story it totally freezes up when you hit the Give Up botton. You have to exit the game and come back in to continue playing. It would be great if POGO could address these issues so it would be more pleasurable to play the games Thank youFix Monopoly Sudoku
EA Sports has ruined Pogo. It uses third party vendors, so, since it has no programmers, the multitude of problems take forever to fix, if at all. Then they get rid of games like Quinn's Aquarium, probably because it was expensive for EA Sports even though many people had invested a lot in it. Now they are using Zynga so expect games to be copies from Facebook. And fix Monopoly Sudoku. It's all jacked up and now the awards for the wins are about half of what they were a couple of weeks ago."Give Kate a Tour" (under Chapter 3)
When I click the little tablet icon in the bottom left of the screen, it opens up my story and tasks. When I click on 'Story' it shows "Give Kate a Tour" (under Chapter 3). When I try clicking on 'Give Kate a Tour', the screen just freezes. How can you start a daily challenge on a game that STILL isn’t working??? For the past several days my game has been stuck on a board that I didn’t even pick. I played that game and it’s been stuck there since. I know that I’m not the only one having problems with Monopoly Sudoku. Please fix this ASAP!

Hello, when I try to get on the member helping member pogo forums on my desktop computer I keep frequently getting this message Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://games-forum.pogo.com/viewforum.php?" on this server. Reference #18.e418d017.1779334103.3b5f02b1 https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.e418d017.1779334103.3b5f02b1 but after I get that message when I try the pogo member helping member forums on my phone I can get on the forums and I was wondering why is that?
