Black screen?
I can log in and start playing games but when the game is over and I need to go to the next level etc I get a black screen and I have to just scroll out of it and restart the game all over again. I've tried restarting turning off waiting turning back on nothing changes I have an Android cellphone, and I've never been able to play Pogo Slots since I joined Pogo two years ago.
DISGRUNTLED
I bought the chapter bundle in solitaire home for 33 gems and did not get it and Monopoly Sudoku for 2 days I spent gems on chance cards and did not get them plus it over charged me for them so I need 180 gems back from that. The games are really sucking lately. Hire some help so we pogians can have some technical repairs and have someone listen to us Very Disgruntled Fsweety2 and on here rabbitfootfern

Hello, when I try to get on the member helping member pogo forums on my desktop computer I keep frequently getting this message Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://games-forum.pogo.com/viewforum.php?" on this server. Reference #18.e418d017.1779334103.3b5f02b1 https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.e418d017.1779334103.3b5f02b1 but after I get that message when I try the pogo member helping member forums on my phone I can get on the forums and I was wondering why is that?Free Daily Gift
Has anyone else had an issue with getting the "free" daily gift? This is the second time the gift has been energy in Merge Academy and I didn't get either one. I don't really pay attention if I am getting any of the others but Merge is always 100 Energy first thing in the morning before getting any bonus items. Same thing this morning, 30 free energy and mine is still at 100. Yes I have refreshed and cleared the cache and I'm on Windows 11.Solitaire Home Story - Stuck on Give Kate a Tour
For months now my progress is Solitaire Home Story has totally stopped because I'm stuck on the level "Give Kate a Tour." I've seen other threads on this, and the only official response is that it must be an issue with the device or browser not being up to date. I have confirmed that every device and browser I've tried is up to date, and it still does not work. Pogo username: nikkichicki8 Device Type (PC. Laptop, Phone, Tablet): I've tried on laptop and Google Pixel 9 phone OS version (Windows 10, Windows 11, or macOS): laptop - Windows 11; Google Pixel phone - Android 16 Browsers Tested (Microsoft Edge, Google. Firefox, Safari): Chrome (on phone and laptop) and Firefox (on laptop) Current Browser Version Number: Chrome Version 148.0.7778.168 (laptop) & 148.0.7778.167 (Google Pixel phone) As you can see in the screenshot, there is no action available next to the story tab - no stars progress or ability to complete the task. There's no way to advance, and the screen totally freezes up. I have to back out of the game and reload to continue. The "x" in the top corner of the pop out doesn't work. This only happens if I'm in the story tab. If I'm in the daily task, chores, etc tabs, it's fine and does not freeze. I've cleared my cache. I've attempted multiple browsers and devices. I've tried incognito mode. EVERYTHING is up to date on every device I've tried. Please help. This is super frustrating and takes all of the enjoyment out of the game. My Pogo username is mrsbugfxr. Why does MONOPOLY Sudoku reset the timers on all properties when I click COLLECT on the pop-up that appears when I enter the game, even though many haven't reached their previously allotted time? It didn't used to do that (only reset timers on properties that had rent available). I'm having the problem on both a PC and a laptop running Windows 11 Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8457). The PC is a Dell Inspiron 3030, the laptop is a Dell XPS 16 DA16260. I typically play on the PC using Firefox (current version 150.0.3) and on the laptop using Microsoft Edge (current version 148.0.3967.70), but I tried Edge on the PC with the same result. I don't know what browser versions I had when I first noted this issue, but it's been going on for a while and I've updated my browsers every time a new version came out. I doubt the problem is related to the browser.Poker town Season not working
There have been many glitches with Poker Town as far as not playing, busting people out of nowhere, and most recently my "season" tab is not working as far as advancing and giving me anything to claim. Hello...I am having issues with two different games on Pogo. The first is Mahjong Sanctuary. The second is World Class Solitaire. Below is the Problem Report for Mahjong Sanctuary: Pogo username: BranDkisez Device Type (PC. Firefox, Safari): Microsoft Edge; Google Chrome Current Browser Version Number: Microsoft Edge Version 147.0.3912.98 DxDiag File attached: (Yes/No): Yes Error messages or Error Images: None; When playing, I cannot get past the tutorial on this level. Screenshots showing what’s happening: After choosing 2 Matching tiles, I get the screen below and then I am unable to move forward with gameplay. What Troubleshooting steps you've already completed: I have cleared the cache on all browsers. I have restarted my computer as well as a complete shutdown. I downloaded the latest version of Google Chrome and tried playing on that browser without any resolution to the issues I am having. I also attempted to reset my game boosts and the tutorial, but nothing I have tried will fix this issue. The above information is the same for World Class Solitaire. The issue with this game is it is stuck in London. I cannot pick another destination, complete the passport, or move forward in the game. Thank you for your help!!Can't open pogo
Tried everything settings and security correct so try it can open up keeps kicking me off and now they tell me it's locked wants me to go to a company that wants to charge me and needs my credit card number which I do not give to someone I don't know so what is going on it worked perfectly fine and now all of a sudden we can't open it I paid my money for my fee been a member of pogo the special one for a long time really upset over this
