Merge Academy - Won't save progress
In Treasure Trove, every time I save my progress and return later, it has started back in the beginning, not saving anything. This has happened 4 times so far.

Merge Academy daily not counting Sugar Rush orders
The daily Merge Academy did not count the 3 orders I completed in the Sugar Rush Event. It only counted the one i completed in classic mode. I am at a level that I would be lucky to make 5 orders in a week (in Classic mode), let alone a day.

Is anyone having a problem with the game freezing. I have lost many tokens trying to get the challenges completed. The game freezes midway through a game. The only thing you can do is exit out and quit.

If it does load, you cannot start a game -- even when there are 4 people seated. This was the problem yesterday too. Then thought it was fixed, but when I came back later it wouldn't let you start a game again.

Solitaire Home Story Frozen on Valentines

Scrabble Not Loading
NOPE. SCRABBLE is still just freezing. You finally spell a word and wait minutes or close it out and start a new game and it will do the EXACT SAME THING. PLEASE DO NOT tell me to cleat my cach/cookies, reboot my computers as I have a Mac and two Windows computers and it does it on all three and NO IT IS NOT MY ISP because I tried it on my laptop while working and my Office uses a totally different ISP with 2 GIG internet. NOT A SPEED ISSUE or an ISP ISSUE. It's a POGO ISSUE

Monopoly Sudoku - Unknown Error - Losing Money
Several times a day, I am encountering the following message "Error --separator line-- An unknown error has occurred, please try again." and money that I earned from a game of sudoku, offline rent collections, or rent when I click the Collection bag on the property card is being lost, i.e., it is not being added to my current money total. Losing 200,000+ rent amounts and 1-2M+ sudoku game earnings is getting really frustrating. It is not a problem with computer resources on my end, as Monopoly Sudoku is very CPU, GPU and Memory intensive. I am using a 7 month old Windows 10 Pro PC with 32 GB of RAM, an 8GB top of the line GPU, the fastest speed available at the time of purchase hex core (12 logical processors) CPU and a 1TB Solid State Drive. I am also using a wired connection to my Gigabit Internet service, and Google Chrome is up-to-date. [CM - updated title for better visibility]

Merge Academy - Lost Energy when claiming bonuses
For days now I have noticed that I lost my 100 energy when claiming my bonuses. I have managed a work around by playing the game - using my 100 energy first - then when I am at zero claiming my bonuses. That worked until today when I got a phone call in between playing and claiming. I had 9 energy when I claimed and watched them disappear. Serious bug - especially if a challenge is coming next week.
