War score averages
There is obviously something wrong with calculating war score averages. We are at war with a load of Japanese cheaters for the second time in 2 weeks. Their top scorer in the last war scored over 1 million points and hit my team with over 320 magnetism alone. This week the war has only been going on for a few hours and he has already scored over 400k. His war score average is 25k. How can this be correct? Others in the team have 60k average and scored 220k this week and over 400k last week. Most also have level 20 magnetism. Their biggest cheater was reported 2 weeks ago but nothing has been done. I have reported it again but not holding my breath!

In SimCity Buildit, despite the premium president pass fee being deducted, an error message appeared and the premium account did not activate. (Error code: 1905.0.999 - Player id: 461662495) I contacted Apple Türkiye, but they are not refunding the money. They told me that I need to resolve the issue myself. After the start of new season and three more currency (thanks? idk) I see that I can by new buildings for dog tokens. But what I can buy for cat tokens? Will it appear further? Or i miss smth and don't understand? I just dont miss the opportunity and spend all tokens for those doubtful buildings we do have now.Really - 3 seasonal currencies, with 3 money grab 50% boost tickets

Hi Everybody, Device Information: Model: Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE (8 GB RAM) OS: Android 16 / One UI 8.0 Kernel-Version: 5.15.180-android Processor: Exynos 1380 The Issue: Since the Service 2.0 update, SimCity BuildIt has severe performance issues on my tablet: Building Lag: In the DC city, buildings "dance" around or react with a massive delay during placement. Global HQ & Trade Depot: While scrolling through the Global HQ or visiting other cities' Trade Depots, the game freezes for several seconds. This leads to accidental city visits or, even worse, accidental purchases of items because the UI lags right when I'm scrolling. Memory Management: Free RAM drops as low as 1.4 GB despite having 8 GB total. The game ran perfectly smooth before the update. Has somebody else this problem?Artemis to Level 15?
How? I spent seasonal coin getting all the buildings required to complete city albums in order to get the extra seasonal coin. I’m almost done Mayors pass and there are no more seasonal coin rewards. There’s 8k to collect on the other reward I’m at Level 9. That will take me maybe to Level 11 (can’t see as it dues t show you the next requirement) How are we supposed to get to Level 15 to complete the final City Album to get the final building.City completely dark – lighting/rendering bug
Hello EA Support Team, I’m experiencing a graphics/rendering bug in SimCity BuildIt. Description: My city suddenly became completely dark. This is NOT normal night mode. There are no street lights or building lights visible at all. The entire city scene is black, while the UI works normally. The issue also happens when I visit other players’ cities, so it seems to be a global rendering/lighting problem, not city data corruption. What I’ve tried: Clear game cache Restart device Reinstalling the game Re-enter the city Visit other cities None of these fixed the issue. Device information: Device: Xiaomi Redmi 8A Pro Android version: Android 10 RAM: 2 GB GPU: Adreno 505 Game version: 1.74.2.150717 Additional notes: This looks like a lighting or shader rendering failure after a recent update. So, after a whole lot of discussions and research... Depending on your device... A-Series / M-Series The software conflict between SimCity Buildit and iOS is likely miscommunication between the game and iOS 18 - 26.3 updates between March 2025 - February 11, 2026. Specifically, a conflict with the Metal Graphics API released by Apple. Without a step-by-step approach to troubleshooting... Well... You may be waiting for a solution. Or, reluctant to try every suggestion because for whatever reason this is the only app overheating and malfunctioning on your device. Why? VRAM is exhausted. Disable Game Mode Settings--> General --> Background Apps Refresh... If on, Turn off Settings --> General --> iPad Storage --> SimCity Buildit --> Offload App / Reinstall on Same page. Have 2-15 GB free storage for working memory. Hard Restart / force restart... Do not shutdown. Volume Up, Volume Down, hold power button. Then, Consider experimentation with Liquid Glass, any other Display/Resolution, battery optimizers/low power mode and accessibility settings. Then, let me know.Major bug
For over a week I have been unable to log on to the game. This is in addition to the continual hang out of the game that has happened since it’s “upgrade” of services. Obviously, I’ve lost a week of COM. Fortunately, I’d already completed it. the usual delete/reinstal doesn’t work. ive also reported other glitches that have not been resolved by the “help” team. this situation really isn’t good enough. btw, I’ve played every version of SimCity from its first appearance and never had this kind of disgusting, untested, debugged “upgrade”. are all the programmers on drugs?Why was my city moved into the mirror?
Hello, why was my city ID:7almlpw8hikb moved to the so-called mirror (ban) after 18-20 years of playing?In which I don't see the other clubs I've been to. I ask you to reconsider your own or automatic decision to ban all those guilty or not guilty. Have a nice day.
