The support service was rude and refused to resolve the issue
They have been unable to resolve my issue for 4 months. I provided all the screenshots and described everything in detail. Technical support refuses to resolve the issue. Refuses to accept a complaint about their actions. In the end, they were rude and disappeared. Is this even normal? When placing a wall between two buildings it would connect to, as with the Walls of Alsharq, the second building should fit in the square space aligned with the wall segment. The square area is exactly equal to where I placed the other, as you can see from my screenshots. I should be able to place like this to make this structure.Stadiums
This might be not so bright on my end but I think adding “the dome at Americas center” would realistically be a great idea, 1 you have a stadium that is a dome that should cost around 150k coins due to its detail. Making it a permanent stadium that isn’t a come and go or a money grab would be fun! Not only that but having a stadium that looks so good it can fit any city. Making it the size of the other football stadium we have would be ideal. I don’t think this idea will ever be heard or even though to be put into the game but I’m just saying it’s never a bad idea to add something beautiful to the game!
Services Demand and Utilities
Even though my demand fro services appears to have been cut in half, I ma reluctant to remove any of my utilities. So far I can't tell if this is a feature or a glitch, and I don't want to have to spend my in-game money on replacing utilities if it turns out to be a glitch. Has anyone received word as to whether or not this is reduction in service needs is legit or not?Bug report: incorrect service demands
Device Type: iOS Last Occurrence: Ongoing, last observed at the time of this post ~5:30pm ET 8/29/25. Version: 1.61.1.143026 (See screenshots at the end) My girlfriend plays on her iOS device. She's started a new city and is around level 8, ~15k population. At this point in the game, with 9 or 10 normal residential zones at level 5 or 6, she has a service demand of ~110. Each zone has a service demand of 15 at level 6. I started a new city on my Android, and my stats are about the same other than my service demands which remain at 1 for each level 6 normal residential zone. Why has this happened? I pay for the premium pass to get more rewards and now there’s a cap on how many points you can earn towards these rewards. What did I buy then? Last week I got several rewards and then it was capped. This week I got to just 5000 points, received just one reward and its capped already! Who was the greedy **bleep** that made this decision? Is there anything that can be done about the @$#@$ Unity Ads that frequently do not finish and return to the game? Their current "Royal Kingdom" ads NEVER finish and allow you to return to the game. Good afternoon community, I would like to report an issue that prevents me from accessing the Cactus Canyon region, where all my factories and shops are located. The game crashes and closes automatically. I play on a OnePlus 9 Pro, running SD888 and Android 14. I've tried accessing it from other devices, but while I can access this region, the game crashes in the same way with Verde Valley. If I can't access my factories and shops, I can't play anymore. It's absolutely frustrating. Anyone else having problems like this and the garbage spaghetti code in this game?Royal Blimp after season end
When the season ends, can EA / the developers delete the park from the parks inventory of any player who requests it? Last night I must have attempted to use the Royal Blimp during a system update or something because the cost for a single spin changed from the red annoying seasonal currency to instead requiring the player to watch an ad video, with a max amount of single spins of five per day. Then the cost for the 10 spin opton changed to 550 sim cash, and all spin prizes becoming mostly gold sims. If the above is what the Royal Blimp will become after the season ends, then I don't want it. I think it's just another frivolous useless thing that really adds nothing to the game. I don't even enjoy the fact I have to spin the wheel to convert the red currency to gold bars. I am an adult with a busy career, and I play the game as a creative outlet. Another boring season presented for us by the Sim Gods (EA). Here kiddies, go chase your tails for another 4 weeks, Oh, and don't forget to buy the Premium Season Pass while you're doing it. You need that Seasonal currency to get those GREAT PRIZES and AMAZING BUILDINGS! But there's no place to put them. The game has become bloated with nonessential junk which makes it totally NOT FUN to play anymore. IF I play in the future, I will not be working on a season with worthless rewards, or event tracks that are nearly impossible to complete, Yes EA, you've finally done it. I don't want to play anymore.
