Recruiting new members for our club!
Hi all, I have just created a new club together with a handful of other senior active players from our previous club. Our focus is mainly on war games (twice a week) and CoM (with a target to get the biggest chest at every game). The club is currently marked as private (to keep spammers and scammers at bay) but please feel free to send a request to join! we welcome all players as long as they are active (no minimum war rank nor city level). This is a translation, so the sentences may be a little strange. Even if I try to demolish a house, the bulldozer mark turns black and white and I can't demolish it. Is this a bug? Twice now I've satisfied a reward in another game through Tapjoy to receive a SimCity cash reward. Both times when I did not receive the reward, I opened a ticket and provided them all of the necessary information. The most recent circumstance I was asked for a screenshot proving I had completed the assignment. I had already put that in the chat, but I happily did it again: an unedited screenshot of the page showing I had completed the task. The chat told me I hadn't done that. So a third time I put a screenshot in the chat and asked them to let me know if there was any issue with the pic. They closed the case. No reward. Tapjoy is a bad company. They're like an insurance company that just denies the claims without looking into it. EA should stop using them because it makes EA look bad by association. There are MANY other games I could be playing. I enjoy SimCity but if this Tapjoy thing continues, I'll stop playing & uninstall SimCity without a second thought.Facebook friends issue
I have several cities on different devices, ios and android. All connected as facebook friends. I also have other friends connected. On android all friends are visible with their photo, but all ios devices ony show a shadow of a person. Am i the only one or are ther others? The helpdesk claims its a hardware problem with me. Pff. When changing the city to an android device, all is fine.
Issue with launch of the game
I am not able not launch the game. I have downloaded it after some time and after the first loading screen it kicks me out to the mobile home screen. I have tried all the possible ways like: Clearing the cache Enough space is available on the device Rebooting the device Reinstalling the game Tried switching network settings Still not able to launch the game. And the same issue is happening on my another device with another game account. Please let me know about the issue Thank you.
