upgrading issues.
Hi, I have been playing this game for a while now. I am no longer given any options to upgrade any of my buildings. It has been this way for minimum of four days. I’d like to know why this option has disappeared as I have enough materials etc to upgrade those buildings. I am on an Iphone. Thank you, Charlottela ciudad no puede crecer / the City cannot grow

The motivation is to be able to expand and redesign age city, but can't because there is no land to expand it. The last land expansions was months ago. Anyone else having a problem purchasing the Fully Spooky Offer for $19.99 (which should give you 18,000 Ghost Essence Tokens & 10,000 Creep Tokens)..you can do it up to 5 times…I clicked on it AND bought it TWICE (I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize that it is really linked to the Medium 2021 Pack…which is some SimCash and the Joya No Kane Building)…The Ghost Essence Offer for $14.99 (which should give you 14,000 Ghost Essence tokens) is linked to something called Large Camping Offer. The only one that is linked correctly is the Creep Token offerwhich is supposed to give you 4500 creep tokens for $9.99 I tried to complain to customer service in the game to alert them that the links are broken and do not go to the correct reward but those customer service reps apparently don’t read anything but they just asked me for proof purchase. Any suggestions on who to complain to? I tried to gather and get all the buildings which I’m not sure is going to happen without periodically purchasing these rewards.Weekly cap in Mayors pass
Here I am grinding my butt off to reach as far as possivle to get the rewards and Im greeted by the message "you have reached the weekly cap" meaning I cant get more points for the Mayors pass. No where is there any information about it. Had I known I would never have bought the premium pass since now it feels useless as I cant get all of the rewards. Another way of scaming players out of their money perhaps?
simcash cut again
I was just wondering why no one has mentioned, complained about or just plain screamed about the cuts in simcash rewards. the free pass no longer offers you the chance to win 550 Simcash at the 38th tier. it now only offers you 150. I just noticed today that the special event track is offering 75 instead of the usual 30 which of course made me very happy because of the rest of that event track is a joke. but then one of my clubmates pointed out that the regular pass now only offered 150. this of course did not make me very happy. I understand that eA wants to sell more pixel products to their players but not all of us can afford to actually purchase any pixels and have to rely on the free pass and lots of game hours to earn simcash. if I had to guess, I'd say most of us can't afford to purchase pixel products. if more of us were actually buying your products with real money you wouldn't be so hard on the free players. this isn't even the first time they've cut the amount of simcash in the free pass. and of course there's the fact that we now have three different seasonal currencies we have to mess with and all the horrible glitches that seem to occur with every new update. I guess you guys really are trying to drive us away from your game. I'd like to know what game you're going to offer to your phone community after you kill this one? it can't be TSM because I already tried that one and it doesn't deserve to be called The Sims at all. it's almost like a different company made a cheap knock off of your most excellent title, it's so bad. I would have been happy to ask this on your post concerning the new season or the post concerning the newest update, but you, of course, turned off all replies on those...PUMPKINS VS TOKENS
It seems to me that Pumpkins should be changed that if one is tapped/touched/clicked, that all of them active at the time should be collected. Tokens are more suited to stay the way they work now. One might not want to collect all for a number of reasons. Any new feature that produces items like pumpkins would have to be determined which way is best.Hidden city design challenge
When ever I leave the design challenge and reenter the happiness resets to 25% and the lowest population I have managed to get it to 60% but takes ages to go back up. youre going to need to log on well in advance of submitting if you want to meet the population requirement for all blueprintsFix the game!
I do one thing in war arena then try to do something else says I’m offline. In lightning wars this is a death sentence. FIX IT! Also, can’t leaves the game open, walk away for 2 minutes, won’t go to mayor’s contest, another city, just locks up. And the purple pixelation! Hi everyone, I’m having a serious problem with electricity in my city. Even though I have several power plants (wind turbines and others) and all my roads are perfectly connected, every residential zone shows the red lightning bolt, as if there was no power at all. I already tried everything: Rebuilt and replaced the roads Moved and rebuilt my power plants Grouped all power plants together Upgraded the wind turbines Closed and reopened the game Restarted my device But nothing works, the electricity graph shows I have enough capacity, yet my citizens keep complaining about no power. It’s like the game doesn’t recognize my power plants anymore. Is this a known bug? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help!Problem by going between the citties
I cannot switch between my citties after the last update to Haloween . How can be the problem solve? I have the problem on various devices and also after Repeated reistalations of the game. Everytime by trying to go to another city(for example to the Green Valley) the game collapsed.Wasted tickets on canceled assignments
When canceling an assignment cost nothing, it made sence they would likely reappear. Now, you have to earn tickets to complete assignments. So if you decide to use said tickets to cancel an assignment, IMO, that should eliminate that assignment until next week's tasks.
