Bought but didnt received
Hello, Normally when I buy something (iDeal) i get it instantly, now I bought premium mayor (€4,99) so I can get more Costa Rica stuff, but I didnt receive it. Costa Rica is only 1 day and some hours left so I need it fast, otherwise its really not worth it. Hope you all can help me, I restarted the game multiple times and I waited like 30 minutes. Everytime I try to edit my city this happens and sometimes it randomly starts purchasing things I’m not even touching which is taking away from the simcash I’m saving. Also just unable to edit my city which is like the entire point of the game 😭. Plz help. And YES ITS UPDATED IM NOT SLOWStupid game bug caused 500+simcash lost!
During this week’s Mayor’s Contest, my game experienced severe lag and performance issues. As a result, several assignments that were already completed but not yet collected disappeared after restarting the game. This caused me to lose approximately 11,000 Contest Crystals. Due to this issue, my final ranking dropped from 3rd place to 4th place, which resulted in missing the following rewards: 500 SimCash 50 Golden Keys 5 Gold Speed-Up Tokens This was not caused by player error, but by game performance problems. So, like many others, my city’s services capacities greatly outnumber the demande but still, the red symbols appear as though the supply for these services is lacking. However, after even trying to demolish all roads and rebuilding them, now, it seems as though all my game is stalled! I cant do anything to upgrade my residential units, my population does not vary at all and stays at the exact same number. The only thing I can see to do and produce items in my factories and sell them through the shipyard, etc. Why is my game stalled like this? I completed the update from 2 days ago but nothing changed. Please advise when this will be fixed! Many thanks
Bridge disconnected again?
I was trying to dispatch a train on the station in the mainland of Green Valley and then I received a notice that that train station is not connected to another station (the next station is on the island). When I investigated, I saw that the bridge is disconnected. I tried connecting it again and it wouldn't connect. Help!War Cheats
How does a club with average member population under 100,000 ,the presidents is 59,000, participate in war let alone Level 7! Why can’t cheaters be removed before or during a war?? We’re in preparation phase against this club. its BS that teams have to waste resources playing against the bottom feeders! Your only option is to allow them to place you in knockdown for two hours. The great majority of cheaters encountered are Russian language clubs!Dumb bottleneck update
A lot of people are experiencing a “glitch” where even though power/ water and other services are above demand, houses aren’t powered. The reason for this problem is grid overloads from bottlenecking, it’s part of the new update and means that if your capacity is higher than demand, the grid will end at one spot and give more power than needed and the other houses will not have any. It’s difficult to understand, but an example of fixing it is make a 2 by 2 square of road. Make sure to isolate it from the rest of the city. Put a house lacking power in the middle, then put the power plant next to it on the same road square. Now it should be powered. This shows how the grid isn’t overloaded - spreading power stations may fix this but I’m still troubleshooting. Please remove this EA. It makes people poor not understanding the problem, and also, I haven’t seen anyone able to fix this. If you can fix, tell me how please. If not, just please remove the feature entirely. All it’s done is create problems, confuse people, and make us all broke.
