I can no longer update game on my Nexus Tablet
For years I have played this game on my Nexus tablet. When an update was attempted, the Play store said my device was not compatible without any specific reason. I have plenty of storage and my OS is 6.xx which are both beyond what is mentioned in the 'mobile requirements'. Tech support is clueless. Does anyone know how to find a real reason a long running device is no longer compatible?
City storage decreased second time spontaniously
Hi, I have thsi issue for a second time. My city storage spontaniously decreases with 20. From being able to store 150 items, I now can only store 130 items. And this happens for the second time. It costs time and savings to urn the increase but now its gone. Can somebody help me? Thanks and hope to read a solution.
Friend requests
Simcity Buildit- Hey EA I think it’s time to update the way friend requests work and the limit of friends. We should be able to AT LEAST add all of the people in our war club. Come on. I see years after year after year customers bring this up and ask about it. It’s 2025. We need to be able to delete requests that we’ve sent out and we need to be able to add a minimum of 20 friends. This is ridiculous. I put a lot of money into this app. Get it together
Icons/text too large on new phone
I recently purchased an iPhone 16 and when I started the game on the new phone, all icons and text balloons were way too large. When I try to type text for chat, the text size is so large that it comes out of the chat box. So the new phone isn’t giving me much joy. I read that the game performs a check of phone speed at startup, I restarted the phone multiple times to trigger this check, without any success. Any tips?
War opponents can remove our umbrellas
Hi, having a miserable war experience against a team who do the following: use energy theif against all of us and members of their team Repeatedly bombard us with constant attacks including shield busters Can somehow remove umbrella - i have put an umbrella over myself several times only to find it removed before it's time is up and the cycle of pain continues I've tried to report them but don't know if that'll help. Anyone else seen point 3 before?
Contest of mayors, I won but no prize
Won yesterday, 1st place in Megapolis (highest) league. When contest ended, a message appeared "You are now playing in Neighborhood (lowest) league" and no prizes given. I found the same issue happened to many other players, over many years, but seems like it was never resolved. Support chat said they can't help. In-game chat isn't responding. Example of the same issue: Contest awards not given very weird bug ??? | EA Forums - 10435568 Is there anything that can be done? Was anyone able to resolve this?
Simcity, please expand the area in each region. Or create a new region
For simcity admin, please add new areas, or expand the area in each region. Because I don't have new land to build, while every event always has one new building, this makes the building can not be built or in any area, because the land is finished. And one more thing, please do not have too many items in production, when buildingFew suggestions

Trains
Firstly, train bridges. Secondly, are they(developers) planning to make the train tracks two instead of one in the future updates like in most real cities? I currently use two squares to make my train tracks and if you would look at the stations they all have two tracks inside and only occupy one square. Lastly, train bridges haha we should already have at this point. Below are some pictures for reference :)
Buildings not displaying properly
Hi, this bug has been present for me since the 10th anniversary, and I thought it would have been fixed by now. I'm not sure if the issue is on my side or with the game itself. The animal pastures/Icelandic horses turned black, and all of my Icelandic hills went gray (they're supposed to be a mix of green and gray). This has been very frustrating, especially since I’m a heavy user of Icelandic hills in design challenges.. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide a solution. Note: Both my Android device and the game are updated to the latest versions. Thank you.
