Secrets and Shadows appears to be broken
As of this morning, Secrets and Shadows appears to be broken. I am trying to do Mythic Tier and every time I get to the start of stage 4 of 8, the game locks up. This happened on both my mobile account and my PC account. To verify the issue, I autoed it twice on my PC version. Received crystals instead of LSB
I bought the Inquisitor LSB from the Web Store. I have a receipt in my email for the Inquisitor bundle. My credit card was charged 50 dollars plus tax, but in the in-game inbox there was a message saying there was a problem and I was given about 7200 crystals instead. The crystals are not an acceptable substitute for the LSB. I would prefer to receive the LSB and you can also remove 7200 to 7300 crystals from my account. Acceptable resolutions would also include refunding my credit card and you can remove the crystals you gave me, or give me enough crystals to buy all the kyros, other gear and relic mats to get the inquisitors to r5 and some sort of compensation for the time it would take to do this manually. Unwanted charge was made automatically or maybe it’s a duplicate charge
Hi so the last time I bought pack was on Dec 31. And the pack was LSB. But today Feb 13. I just top up my card and then suddenly an amount of LSB price was credited out of my card! I didn’t try to buy anything and I was offline at the moment my money got charged. I have contacted Apple support and they said the payment was made but never went through and when you update your card, it just start the processing. so I have got charged for nothing, or I might have already bought that LSB pack and then it charging me again today. Missing Character Shards from Completed Journey Guide
I completed the Darth Revan journey guide but I’m still 55 shards short. My game crashed right as I beat one of the tiers, but it showed complete when I opened the game back up. Now I’m wondering if it caused a glitch that kept me from getting the rewards but has the game thinking it gave them to me. I tried re-doing all the tiers, and all they all show as complete, and there’s no other way to get his shards. I tried the “EA Help” but they barely even respond and said they “don’t add content”. Grand Inquisitor LSB purchase charged but got crystals instead
So the same thing happened again just as with the Jabba LSB two months ago. Purchased the Inquisitor LSB bundle and my card got charged but received 7,370 crystals instead with an error message in-game. I really don't need the crystals I just want the characters that were promised before the bundle expires and is gone in 3 days. I’ll leave screenshots with proof below.
