Hey EA Team, I bought the Episode Pass in the Webstore but I did not receive it in game. I got the receipt showing payment processed but the episode pass is not unlocked in game. I don't know who could answer this question but some of you SWGOH knowledge-gods maybe know... If I place in TW a KBeq Vanguard team with Shaak and Plo Koon, will she prioritize giving Plo Koon the taunt with her kit? I'd like to make a functional Vanguard team but it needs a taunting tank: either a 5* relic 3 TG or Plo, but I don't know if Shaak defensively uses Plo as a tank. Insane Lag when buying shipments
I have two accounts; One is on my PC and the other is on my phone. Since the patch today, I now experience roughly 20 seconds of lag every time I buy a shipment on my Android/phone account. So after 2 weeks of back and forth with the actual swgoh support team in their "Chat" of 1 response every 3 days. And the EA support chat, and then an EA email cause I couldnt chat anymore. its boiled down too. The forums is where I actually need to make a support ticket to get assistance, because the actual support teams dont have any actual tools they just have copy paste scripts. So im here. I know how stupid it sounds, but im beyond fed up and hoping for ANYTHING. 2 weeks ago, the first day quiggold dripped, I tried to buy the 30 dollar pack. The purchase completed, but i never got the email, the money was NOT taken out, but the pack went away. Its stuck as a pending transaction. this transaction was made on the WEBSTORE. All support seems to tell me, is that i need to give proof of a transaction for them to refund, (I cant, cause no money was ever taken, no email ever sent) or i need to "restore purchases" which 1. ive done like 100 times now. and 2. It wasnt made on the appstore, so restoring purchases would make no difference, because thats not an option on the pc version, where the webstore interacts with.... Im at a point where I really would just appreciate the 7 star quiggold. Ill accept the lost of all the additional signal data, and gear and omicrons and all that.... Just give me the 7 star quiggold please. 2 weeks of doing nothing useful but providing my email, player id, restoring purchases, repeating this over and over and over for 2 weeks should earn at least that much... I have multiple accounts on different devices ( 6 accounts on 4 devices) so, occcasionally I have to switch between accounts to get my daily stuff, raids, etc. Everything was fine until this morning ( 07/29/2025 ). I can no longer change accounts. I select Settings/ Connect/ Sign out of Google play/ Confirm / Sign in Google Play, and instead of giving me a choice of Play accounts, it puts me back in the same one. Everything was working fine until today. It isn't the Cache, etc. This happens on multiple devices, so it's something in the game. I can switch between email accounts, and play store accounts no issue. Just no in the game. As it is, I'm unable to do anything on 2 of my accounts.18Views0likes0CommentsRewards and reworks?
