FIX YOUR GAME CG!!!
I've been playing SWGOH for many years now and have enjoyed this game for the most part. I don't usually make post or anything like that, but I've recently invested in the Tusken relic pack to get them up to Relic 5 and I'm not able to use them accordingly in Grand arena due to the game keep freezing and crashing due to the complex mechanics that this team uses. I find it so disgusting that you (CG) can release these characters to a game and not properly tested their use in game. Every time I use tuskens, the match eventually times out due to not being able to do anything because of the constant freezing. Its really frustrating as I've spend £15 of my money to get this team up to scratch and I can't use them because you (CG) are more focused on making money and using Star Wars as a weapon to feed your greed and temp us Star Wars fanatics to buy extortionate packs that don't work in game. I realise you (CG) will probably never see my post and not do anything about the numerous problems you still haven't fixed in your game. But I speak for many players in this game and I am at my limit with this game, we all know you don't really give a toss about us players who have put the time and effort into this game and that really goes to show every time I log on. But come on this can't continue, you are loosing more and more players everyday and yet you (CG) just remain mute and arrogant probably thinking your game is perfect with no faults. FIX YOUR GAME CG, this game is becoming more of a chore than any fun that I used to have playing this game. The very least you can do is find solutions to game breaking problems as opposed to coming up with new ways to make a quick buck such as your rubbish new game mode which is quite obviously about making money over fan enjoyment. It really is just disappointing. I'm going to round it up here and just say do yourselves a favour and shape up. You owe it to us players of the game to at least make it play and run properly. May I present the very first ever Clone Wars Chewbacca to be taken to Relic 10? Because there is no force (or Force/Furce) in this galaxy or any other that is stronger than my commitment to The Bit. Hi everyone. I’m writing here because I honestly don’t know where else to go anymore. My SWGOH account (Ally code: 586145557, ~12.6M GP, created late 2019/early 2020) is being accessed by an intruder from France. Yes, an actual intruder. His info even autofilled inside an EA in-game form (name + email). I didn’t know this person before this happened. I have already resecured EVERYTHING on my side: EA Account: new mail + new password + 2FA + trusted devices only Google/Android: new mail + new password + 2FA + relinked iOS/Game Center: new mail + new password + 2FA + relinked All old devices unlinked All known login methods secured And still… the intruder keeps entering my game. The only explanation is that he is using a Guest login token stored on his device — something I cannot remove myself. Support should know this. I can’t do anything about a token on his device. To make things worse: The intruder even used in-game support and tried to request an RTBF (Right To Be Forgotten) to wipe the account. It seems that this triggered a block on support for my account, because now I constantly get “this case is forgotten” or “we cannot find the account” even though I play on it every single day. I have tried EVERYTHING: In-game support → sends me to EA Help EA Live Chat → sends me back to in-game support EA Email support → generic scripts, no action Tried again → same loop, 12+ days Even contacted MeatheadMilitia, the CM, because I’m desperate Nobody takes ownership. Nobody reads the case. Nobody actually investigates anything. It’s just an endless loop of “contact the other team”. Meanwhile, the intruder continues entering my 6-year account. I’m genuinely scared that he might: unlink one of my login methods request account deletion or even force-delete my profile entirely All I want is someone to invalidate the intruder’s access. I don’t care HOW you do it: forced logout, invalidating guest tokens, removing legacy access methods, or ANY other method available internally. I don’t care which solution is used — I just want the intruder out of my account so I can keep playing in peace. This game has been a huge part of my life for years, and I’ve put countless hours into this account. I genuinely feel sick thinking someone else can enter and potentially destroy everything at any moment. Please… if anyone from Capital Games or EA reads this: I need help. I need someone to escalate this properly. I can’t take another day of being bounced between teams. I honestly don’t know what else to do. I have a level 43 STL and am fighting tier 3 in the Coliseum. The two borrowed units are also level 43 and so my total era level should be 129. Bonjour, Je me demande si cet anniversaire n'est pas une blague de CG. On a compris le coup des 200% en GAC pour pousser les joueurs à passer R10 et à payer le prix fort. On a compris (enfin non, mais on se fait une raison) le coup du Coliseum qui permet le r10, si vous avez le compte en banque de Jeff Besos. Mais ce jeu est bourré de bug. Il lague tellement que ça en est injouable en gac. Les persos, comme Ahsoka GL disparaissent après leur ulti, et réapparaissent ensuite comme Obito dans Naruto. Vous avez un vaisseau avec raillerie ? Les vaisseaux adverses vont attaquer tous les autres vaisseaux. Parce que... C'est comme ça. Si c'est le kit du tie bomber, il faudrait le marquer dedans. Pareil si vous avez un perso qui supprime les buffs, c'est mort. Ils réapparaissent aléatoirement. Tout comme Ben solo. Aucun pattern, il peut réapparaître aussitôt après sa mort ou au bout de plusieurs tours. Bref. Je pense que je vais arrêter de cash play sur ce jeu qui est une énorme source de déception. D'ailleurs Starwars. C'est l'espace, les voyages stellaires, l'aventure. De ça il reste.... Un jeu de baston. Soft lock up the newest bestest game mode CG big brain dev came up with. After at.tacked the buttons disappear and nothing happens and have to retreat losing your limited attempts. GAC still lags with buff heavy teams. Ships is just a lost cause due to all the buffs going out. ( guessing the spaghetti code can’t handle the load) not since when mods were added to the game has this been so basically broken. really contemplating leaving the game. I loved the strategy/game theory needed to over come events. Now it’s just a button smashing game for whom ever spreads the most. I really hope you guys start sharing that one computer and get this game fixed. I bought one 5$ pack and spent all my crystals to see how far I could get which was level 16 and once you get there you only get materials for levels 1-15 becuase you can't even hit 10% on level 2 to get something. If you spend you get nothing but what you just bought. I don't know how this could be a good feature Im just shy of 13mil gp and it is all useless I was excited for the update and it is absolutely garbage. If anyone is going to continue spending on this for your love of star wars and the game it is detrimental to the game and community. This is a disgusting blatant money grab and somehow my small investment has me under 20k in global rankings which I'm hoping is a sign to the CG team that the community is not into it as I'm hoping this number will fall soon as it seems low for the number of people who spend in this game44Views1like1Comment
