Issue with Rogue 1 LSB II purchase
I just bought both rogue 1 bundles and only received the characters of 1 of them. The other gave me credits instead. Id much prefer to have the Characters instead. Hi there. I recently purchased the Rogue One Lightspeed bundle 1, and the payment went through with a receipt in my email, but nothing showed up in-game. I reached out to in-game support, and they told me that the items have already been granted, but that's not the case. Hello everyone. Is there any way to get the achievement for completing the tutorial, if you've been playing for quite a while. In Game Center and the EA app, all the achievements are unlocked, but on Android, only one is not unlocked and it's annoying 🥲 I had an idea to unlink EA on Android to start a new game, then after completing the tutorial and getting the achievement, link it back and return the main account, but I can't unlink EA and there is a risk of losing my account. Hey i just bought both of the Rogue One Lightspeed bundles from the online webstore, and i only received the characters from one of the bundles. I received 2.070 crystals instead of the characters of the bundle for 15USD, i don't want these crystals, i want the characters i paid for. I have opened a ticket in the in-game help, but i have yet to get any help. The only thing that i have gotten out of it yet was a 250 crystal "apology". Hi, I recently bought the Rogue One #1 LSB ($9.99) and did not receive the bundle. When I bought it, the game crashed. When I logged back in the LSB was gone from the store. I was charged, but have yet to receive the bundle. The in-game help has not resolved the issue. What can I do to receive the bundle? Less than an hour ago, I purchased the bad batch LSB from the website. The transaction went through, and I saw the money leave my account. However, I also saw on the website that the bad batch LSB was no longer available. Minutes later, I got an in-game message saying something went wrong with the purchase, and I was given between 4k and 5k in crystals. I wasn't given a refund.
